    Tender Details

    Tender For Annual Item Rate Contract For Supply Of Spares Accessories And Execution Of Repair & Maintenance Work Of Patient Beds, Trolleys, Wheel Chairs, Drawer Units Etc. At Bmhrc -A Patient Beds 1) Supply of 5/6 Heavy duty wheel castors of patient beds with brakes & bush, nut bolts etc. 2) Supply of 5/6 Heavy duty wheel castors of patient beds with out brakes with Bush & nut bolts. 3) Labour charges for Dismantling of old wheel castor of patient bed and fixing of new wheel castors (4 nos.) of one Patient Bed with general repair works & tightening of bed. 4) Charges for welding of broken joints & structural parts of bed/ trolley. B. Stretcher Trolleys. 1) Supply of 5/6 heavy duty wheel castors with Bush, Nut Bolts etc complete. 2) Labour charges for dismantling of old wheel castors of stretcher & fixing of new wheel castors & general repair works. 3) Making & fixing of stretcher mattress with 2 Foam sheet 40 density approx size 36/72 4) Providing of Rexene cover of stretcher mattress 36/72 C. Medicine Trolley/ Dressing Trolley 1) Providing of 3/4 wheel castors for medicine trolley/ centre trolley dressing trolley with bush nut bolts etc. 2) Repair & fixing charges of wheel castors of Trolley & general repair works. D). Patient Examination Couch. 1) Providing of 3 Foam Mattress with cushion of size 68x36 & 36x36 of patient examination couch. 2) Providing of 1 Foam sheet over existing mattress of size 68x36 & 36x36 of Patient Examination Coach 3) Providing of good quality Rexene Cover of Patient Examination Couch of size 68x36 & 36x36 E) Wheel Chairs. 1) Supply of 5 wheel castors of wheel chair with bush, Nut bolts, etc. 2) General repair & maintenance works of wheel chair with replacement of Hub set, spoke, balls wheel through & lightning, welding of broken parts etc. F) Storewell/ Drawer. 1) Providing of Godrej Storewell lock with keys. 2) Providing of Godrej T-8 lock for drawers with keys. 3) Providing of other make storewell lock.
