Conveyor Belt joining of 800/1200/1400mm width belts by cold vulcanising as per IS-14206PART-II, which involves works likesupply of required manpower, consumables, execution of job within stipulated time and guarantee of the same etc.

Belt laying of 800 mm , 1200 mm and 1400 mm width conveyor belts including transportation of belt rolls from stores to work location, laying on required conveyor , alignment and tranasporting old belt to maintenance shed / store scrap yard etc.

Pulley Lagging with 12 MM thick spliced laggingrubber sheet using TES 5 tensile strength 200 Kg/square cm. elongation 57% and hardness 50 to 65 shore\"A\" durometer with suitable lagging solution including removal of pulley from location and re fixing and take up arresting if required etc.

Rubber lining of ropeway bucket internal portion in ropeway buckets , the scope of work which involves cleaning of bucket internal surfaces, making required drill holes, cutting conveyor belt to the required dimension, cleaning of belt by buffing & grinding, applying required number of coats of coldvulcanizing solution including supply of required consumables including vulcanizing material, supply of M 12 X 35 mm CSK Bolt, nuts ( 20nos / bucket) , GI Flat suitable for fixing CSK bolts and fixing conveyor belt.
