    Request For Proposal (Rfp Annual Maintenance Contract Of Vermiculture Pits In And Around Ftii Premises (3 Nos) And At V Shantaram Ftii Film City, Kothrud Pune (2 Nos.) The AMC Holder Agency (Party) will have to engage the required workers who will have to go door to door of staff quarters, canteen, TV Hostel Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel mess and New VIP Guest House daily and V. Shantaram FTII, Film City, Kothrud new quarters i.e. Type II, Type III, Type IV (Special), Type V, Vijay Tendulkars Writer Academy, Vijay Tendulkars Writer Academy Hostel -8 Nos & Vijay Tendulkars Writer Academy – Canteen to collect the garbage they will segregate wet & dry garbage & dispose off dry garbage & putting the wet garbage in S Yantra I.e. in Vermiculture Pits at various locations. Maintenance Survey of Vermiculture pits, timely checking & upgradation of Material (Earth Warms, Biotech Chemical, if any, Bacteria Catalyst etc.) time to time. Treatment for odor free nearby areas. Timely delivery of compost to Estate Section for further use etc. Maintenance Standard parameters as suggested by PMC time to time. Proper discarding of waste material if any, on daily basis. Any other works assigned time to time, related to Vermiculture. AMC period for 12 Months from the date of Work Order.
