    Tender For Premises And Facilities Management Services -Ksiidc Invites Bids From Reputed And Established Agencies Or Company, Either By Themselves Or By Joint Venture For Rendering Comprehensive Premises And Facilities Management ( P And Fm ) Services For The Office Building Complex I.E., It Park At Rajajinagar, Plot No.1 4, Kssidc Industrial Estate, Rajajinagar In Bengaluru For A Period Of 3 ( Three ) Years, Which Will Be Annually Renewed, Based On The Previous Year Performance. The Service Would Broadly Include:A ) Repairs Of Buildings, Collection Of Rent & Other Charges, Dues From Occupants; Public Address System Etc, Indoor & Outdoor Landscaping; Sewage And Storm Water Disposal; Plumbing & Water Supply And Sanitary System Etc.; Housekeeping And Waste Management, Utility Monitoring, Security And Firefighting System, Diesel Generators, Electrical & Mechanical Equipments.B ) Liaise With All Public Utility Agencies, Public Bodies And Occupants; Offering Technical And Administrative Support, Executing And Reporting All Work Orders Related To All Services.C ) The Agency Will Be Solely Responsible For Managing, Supervising, Monitoring And Coordinating For Effective Performance Of 4 Passenger Lifts & 1 Service Lift By Its Sub-Contractor, Total O&M Of Lifts Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder.D ) Maintain And Manage The Premises As Mentioned Above For The Entire Contract Period.
