18Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. grill made out of M.S. flat confirming to IS-1977/1996 as per the design approved.@26.60kg/sqm

21Providing fixing granite on steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed in cement mortar 1:1 jointed with neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing but including cost of tiles
22Providing & laying factory made cement concrete paver block of 80mm thick and M-30 grade of concrete of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required grey colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, royalties, conveyance, applicable taxes and T&P etc, complete
23Surface dressing of the ground including removing Vegetation and making up undulations and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cms in depth/ height including disposal of rubbish lead upto 50m (at least 5m away from the dressed area). (Provisional)
24Supplying and stacking & speareding of good earth at site including royalty and carrage up to 5 KM (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment) 300mm th. (Provisional)
