Supply & fixing of adaptor panel box with the arrangement of coupler with the existing HT VCB 11KV panel by providing 14 SWG MS Sheet box powder coated, main connection bus bar made of copper size 50 x 10 mm bus bar with insulated sleeve insulator with fabrication work and minor material such as nut, bolts, washer etc as req. at site.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with copper plate heaving locking arrangement and provision of water pipe etc. complete with charcoal and salt as required

Providing and fixing 1x (32 x 5mm) copper strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode as required

Providing and fixing 1x (32 x 5mm) copper strip on surface or recess for connection etc. as required

Supplying, laying and fixing of PVC insulated copper conductor armored control cable of size 1.5 sq.mm/10C with suitable clamping arrangement form HT panel to transformer including making connections etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of synthetic insulating mat 2.5 mm thickness suitable for 11KV Electric Sub-Station

Repairing, servicing, Overhauling,testing & commissioning of 11KV Panelsincluding cleaning of Bus bars & greasing lubricating of oilingof mechanical parts, Dismantling,re-fixing, new parts and associated item as per requirement of panel to make operational of tripping system and circuit breaker, testing of closing and tripping system. Providing & fixing of all indication of the panel. NOTE: Except Relay & Major item i.e. CT, PT etc noting is provided by NDMC to complete the job.

Spray painting of HT panel with enamel paint, double coat (Nerolac/Asian Make), of colour combination with existing colour of panels as required.
