(B)Refrigerant filling:- 1. Leakage test with nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution. 2. Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. 3. Refrigerant providing and charging (R-134a) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut-offs and compressor oil providing and filling. 4.Compressor oil filling as per requirement of system. 5.Ensuring proper cooling of the operator cabin. |
