2TRANSPORTING & DISPOSING the surplus earth & debris including shrubs and vegetations from construction area (beyond the initial lead of 100m) todesignated areas within the Refinery premises up to a lead of 3kmincluding re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths & heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both areas (viz., from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directedby Engineer in Charge.( Note: If measured by stacks 30%voids will be deducted.)

4Supplying and filling M SAND of specified quality underfootings, etc. for all depthsincluding the cost of sand, labour charges,tools and tackles,royalties, transportation to site for all leads and lifts, including loading, unloading, spreading in layersnot exceeding 150 mm, watering, ramming, compacting with mechanical compactors and/ or other equipment to specified levelall complete as perspecifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
5Providing and laying in position PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (PCC) 1:4:8 with 40mm & down size graded aggregate for levelling course/fill under flooring etc., for all depthsincluding all tools and tackles, labour and material charges, curing, compacting,in any shape, level, thickness, position and finishing the surface smooth/rough etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Providing, mixing and laying in position RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20mm and down graded coarse aggregates as per IS 456:2000 with a minimum cement content of 400kg/Cu.m.using 53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement in SUB-STRUCTURE for all depths upto FFL level ,under flooring etc. including cost of admixtures if used, labour charges, tools and tackles, providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering etc., wherever required, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth & even surface and providing neat cement wash etc.,(excluding the Cost ofReinforcement and Shuttering), etc. all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Providing, mixing andlaying in position RCC1:1.5:3 with 20mm and down graded coarse aggregates as per IS 456:2000 with a minimum cement content of 400kg/Cu.m. using 53 grade Ordinary Portland Cement in SUPER-STRUCTURE for all heightsabove FFL level including cost of admixtures,labour charges, tools and tackles,providing pockets, openings, recesses, chamfering, wherever requried, vibrating, tamping, curing and rendering if required to give a smooth & even surface, providing neat cement wash, etc. (Excluding the Cost of Reinforcement, Shuttering), etc. all complete as specified,and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and fixing straight / inclinedCENTERING AND SHUTTERING in SUB STRUCTURE for all depths upto FFL Levelincluding strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting and de-shuttering & removal of the same after specified period as per specifications.keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels,or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed byEngineer-in-Charge complete with all tools and tackles,materials, labour charges, consumables etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)
9Providing and fixingstraight / inclined CENTERING AND SHUTTERING in SUPER STRUCTURE at all heights above FFL Level including strutting, bracing, propping etc. keeping the same in position during concreting, de-shuttering & removal of the same after specified period as per specifications etc.,keeping necessary provision for inserts, projecting dowels,or any other fixture etc. all complete and as specified and directed byEngineer-in-Charge complete with all tools and tackles,materials, labour charges, consumables etc. (Form work shall be supplied by the contractor and shall remain the property of the contractor)
10Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HIGH STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BAR REINFORCEMENT of grade Fe500 for RCC work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor"s own 16 Standard Wire Gauge(SWG) black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, overlaps, chairs, spacers, lifting hooks etc for all heights & depths etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUB STRUCTUREup to FFL level using cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 Coarse Sand)for alldepthsincluding the cost of materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size,embedding the fittings, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTUREabove FFL level using cement mortar 1:5 (1 Cement:5 Coarse Sand)for allheightsincluding the cost of materials, labour,tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size,embedding the fittings,curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Providing and laying HALF BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4Coarse Sand) for all depths and heightsincluding cost of materials, cement, labour, scaffolding, sampling, testing, supplying and placing 2 no. 8 mm dia. diarebars at every fourth course, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of the beam / slab, embedding the fittings and fixtures, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The cost of Reinforcement shall be paid seperately under relevant items.
14Providing 15mm THICK CEMENT PLASTERin cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Fine sand by volume) onbrick masonry/ concrete surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, scaffolding, finishing, curingincludingmouldings and providing grooves in plaster, bands, mouldings etc. as specifiedfor all depths and heights including labour charges, tools and tackles, material costs etc. as per specifications and asdirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Providingandapplying two coats of INTERIOR EMULSION with wall putty of approved make of any shades/coloursover one coat of primer asper the specifications includingnecessaryscaffolding and surface preparation consisting of application of Plaster of Paris punning over entire surface, filling all holes and depressions with white cement, applying a coat of primer, two or more coats of oil based putty(as per manufacturer"s recommendations)sand paperingetc. in walls and roof ceiling, complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and / or weldedSTRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS like angles, channels, beams, plates, Square/Round bars, pipes, tubesfor ladders at all heights & levels and locations including all builtup sections/ compound sectionsmade out of rolled sections and / or plates / bent plates for curb edging etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending if required, edge preparation,cleaning, scrapping & welding, preheating, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line and level,including preparing the surface for painting,surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease etc complete along with providing paint system as follows:(a) Applying inorganic zinc silicate coat 75 micron DFT(b) Two coats of Epoxy primer paint 75 micron DFT each(c) Two coats of Anti Rust epoxy top coat paint 100 micron DFT each as per manufacturer"s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-One coat of Zinc silicate and one coat of Epoxy primer shall be applied on structural steel surfaces after grit blast cleaning in workshop prior to erection as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply of all materials in contractor"s scope.
17Providing and laying of premium quality Glazed VITRIFIED TILES of size 800x800of Kajariaor approved equivalent, decorative type of tiles, approved make with bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 in line and level including cleaning the finished surfaces with oxalic acid including skirting out the joints, flush pointing of joints of tiles with cement paste/grout mixed with colour pigments matching the shade of tiles,4"skirting all around as per drawing ,along with material costs,tools and tackles, labour charges etc.as per specifications, standards and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge as per drawing.
18Providing and fixing 84C type LINEAL ALUMINIUM FALSE CEILINGsystem consisting of 84mm wide, 12.5mm deep panels of approved colour, roll formed out of 0.5mm thick aluminium alloy 3105/3005/5052 (as per ASTM 209M), with prongs to hold the panels in a module of 100mm, including suspending carriers from roof by 4mm dia galvanized steel wire hangers, with height adjustment clips made of spring steel,at max. 1.2M c/c, fixing the hangers to roof by `J" hooks and inserts, Perimeter angles including providing slit openings for fixing supply/return air grill, lighting fixtures, AC ducts etc. all complete including labour,tools and tackles etc. as directed by Engineer in Charge
19Providing and fixing aluminium work for FIXED PORTION of aluminium doors, windows, ventilators and partitions made from Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge.
20Same as Item No.190 above but for fixed portion of aluminium door/ partition without powder coating and anodizing.

25FALSE FLOORING: Providing and installing/ fixing in position 600mm-1000mm high truly levelled and aligned cavity/ false flooring system having load bearing capacity of uniformly distributed load of minimum 2025 kg/ sq.m. and point load of 675 Kg., the system consisting of:(i) Sub-structure/ pedestal assembly (designed for speedy assembly/ removal for relocation/ maintenance)of zinc electro plated steel comprising of: a. 90mm x 90mm x 4mm embossed pedestal head attachment mechanically riveted to a 90mm long,minimum 19mm dia threaded bright M.S. rod stud with check nuts for level adjustment (for upto 25mm) and arresting vertical movement, anti-vibrational PVC cap (for panel and stringer location), b. CRCA (Electrical resistant welded) Pedestal of 32mm dia (OD), 2mm thick pipe mechanically reduced to four ribs at top to accommodate head assembly, mechanically locked to maintain true plumb welded to pedestal base plate. c. Pedestal Base plate 150mm x 150mm x 4mm thick (with stiffening folds) fixed/ anchored to main concrete floor @ 600mm c/c both ways (for installing flooring tiles) by means of adhesive or fastener as recommended by Manufacturer. (ii) Stringers of minimum sectional size 20mm x 32mm x 1.2mm made of hot dip galvanized steel cold rolled construction with ribs embossed on 3 sides (designed for strength, lateral stability, rolling loads and to support panels on all four sides for alignment), having counter sunk holes at both ends for fixing to pedestal head assembly with M6 machine screws. (iii) Removable and re-usable Floor panels of size 600mm x 600mm made of all steel welded construction (cleaned, degreased and phosphated with 11 tank process, finished with 40-60 micron epoxy coating (and, heated to achieve adhesion to the panel surface and corrosion resistance) with bottom surface consisting of multiple hemispherical and reverse cones and top plain sheet (fuse welded at 129 locations) to form an enclosed panel of an overall depth 37mm; the inner empty core of the panel injected with light weight fire retardant, noncombustible cementitious compound (at high pressure to fill all crevices of the panel), each panel finished on topwith2mm thick anti-static PVC tiles conforming to BS : 2050, Table-2, IS 3461/3462 in approved design/ shade/ texture ; fixed to flooring panel by means of approved adhesive; the edges of the finished panels provided with conductive PVC edge trim 5mm wide on all sides (mechanically locked and sealed in place). The item also includes:i) Providing and fixing all accessories like screws, bolts, adhesive etc. as per manufacturer"s specifications. ii) Making necessary adjustment in grid dimensions,stringer lengths, floor panel dimensions etc. at ends or centre (to cater to specific room sizes) or at panels locations, as required. iii) Cutting of floor panels as required at ends.iv) Treating the underneathfloor with one component polyurethane floor coating etc. all complete.v) Providing additional steel structural supports/ pedestal assembly at edges, cut outs etc. as required.vi) Providing all necessary accessories such as outlet boxes, grommets, Panel lifters (at least one for each building) as required etc. all complete.
26Making necessary openings of 100 mm diameter in RCCwallsusing CORE CUTTING method, including supply of all tools and tackles necessary arrangements etc., cutting lapping /welding of reinforcement bars as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

30Chipping of RCC WORK (taking all necessary safety precaution) by CHISELLING for thickness more than 100mm for all heights & depthsincluding supply of all tools & tackles, scaffolding, propping, underpinning,etc. exposing, cutting, lapping/welding the reinforcement bars as per drawings & cleaning the same by wire brushing, washing the exposed surfaces, disposal of the unserviceable material to spoil heaps within the Refinery premises upto a lead of 3km, all complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31INSTALLATION OF EXISTING ALUMINIUM PARTITIONincluding frames & shutters and single door availabe at the location at designated places including sealing the gaps with Polysulphide sealant, with all fittings,supply of all tools,labouretc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32DEMOLISHING REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE (taking all necessary safety precautions)manually / by mechanical means for all depths and heights below and above plinth level including supply of all tools & tackles labours,necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning, cleaning and including,cutting, straightening, scrapping of rebars and disposal of unserviceable material at designated places within the refinery premises upto a lead of 3km as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33DEMOLISHING PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE (taking all necessary safety precautions)manually / by mechanical means for all depths and heights belowand above plinth level including supply of all tools and tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning, cleaning and disposal of unserviceable material at designated places within the refinery premises upto a lead of 3km as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
34DEMOLISHING BRICK MASONRY WORK in lime or cement mortar (taking all necessary safety precautions) for existing wall inside control room including the wall panelling all complete,manually / by mechanical means for all depths and heights belowand above plinth level including supply of all tools and tackles, necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning, cleaning and disposal of unserviceable material at designated places within the refinery premises upto a lead of 3kmas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
35DEMOLISHING OF GYPSUM/POP/TILED/THERMOCOL FALSE CEILING (taking all necessary safety precautions) for all heights above floor level including supply of all labours,tools & tackles, providing necessary scaffolding, propping, underpinning, temporary supports etc.,as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge, cleaning and stacking of serviceable material like aluminium frames at destined location /CPCL storage Yardwithin the refinery area and disposal of unserviceable material atdesignated place upto 3 km lead within the refinery premises as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
36DEMOLISHING OF TILE WORK IN FLOORS & WALLS laid in cement mortar for thickness upto 25mm (taking all necessary safety precautions)manually / by mechanical means including supply of all tools and tackles, propping, underpinning, cleaning the siteand disposal of unserviceable materialatdesignated place upto3 km lead within the Refinery premises as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
37DISMANTLING DOORS, WINDOWS,VENTILATORS,PARTITIONS/FALSE FLOORING (Aluminium/steel/wood etc.)including removing frame, shutterschowkhats, architrave, holdfasts,tiles etc. all complete including supply of all tools & tackles,stacking material, transporting, loading & unloading and handing overto scrap yard/stores within Refinery premisesas specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
38DISMANTLING DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTILATORS, PARTITIONS (Aluminium/steel/wood)including removing frame, shutterschowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. all complete including supply of all tools & tackles,stacking material at nearby designated places for reusing within the buildingas specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
39REPAIRS TO EXISTING RCC BEAMS, COLUMNS & SLAB including chipping and dismantling & removing of loose particles applying cement paste, raking out joints, applying epoxy resin for bonding fresh cocrete to old concerete, filling void portionwith concrete 1:1:5:3 concrete (1Cement:1.5 M Sand :3 stone agrregates 12mm size) making good as same, including formwork, curing, staging, working platforms labours, tool and tackles all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
40Supply of UNSKILLED LABOURto carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis. The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits andhand tools etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
