    Repair / Replacement Of Components Of 50000Gph X 122 M Head X 188 Hp Hc Pump Set And Allied Works Installed At Cps R-22-Repair/Replacement of components of 50000 GPH x 122 M head HC pump set and allied works installed at CPS R-22 by way of dismantling the pumping unit from the base frame and then Dismantling of parts of pump .Providing and fitting of pump shaft and finishing to bearing size as per sample. Providing / Fitting of thrust Bearing -1 Nos. 22312 at DE. AndRoller Bearing 01 no. 6309 at NDE , Shaft Sleeves 2 Nos. (S.S) and check nuts, Providing / Fitting of Coupling pulley set along with coupling bolts nuts and rubber bushes as per sample size. Providing / Fitting of Gland Plates with studs on both sides of the pump with nuts, Providing / Fitting of Impeller 03 nos. as per sample size and repairs to others, Bearing Housing bracket – 1no , Neck Rings, Body Bushes,distance bushes 02 nos, through bolts 1 no. as per sample size. Assembling/Refitting of pump set and proper aligning the pump set after proper greasing and providing Packing material, job includes material, labour and carriage charges. Complete job.Repair to 188 HP HC Motor installed at CPS R-22 Pumping Station. Job involves disconnecting of all the electrical connections, dismantling of the motor. Extracting out damaged bearings from the bearing covers with the help of gas cuter. Providing and fitting of sleeves to bearing covers both DE & NDE sides. Providing and fitting of new bearings to the DE & NDE side of the motor as per sample. Brazing and turning of the rotor. Providing and fitting of 06 no.s iron bushes, Assembling the motor coupling with pump making alignment properly and then testing on load at site. Complete job including cost of material and labour charges.
