Fabrication And Erection Of Stainless Steel Liners Inside Both The Pre-Weigh Hoppers Of Rapid Loading System Of Silo-Ii At Nigahi Project
Removal of damaged/worn out stainless steel liners of Pre-Weigh Hopper which includes cutting, gauging and surface preparation for fixing of new Stainless steel liner. And all removed worn out SS liner will be transported to scrap yard. (Note: Cutting and Gouging electrode will be provided by NCL)

Fabrication and shaping of new Stainless steel liners of 10mm size as per drawing and dimension of Pre-Weigh Hopper and as per instruction of EIC. And shifting of Fabricated SS liner at Pre-Weigh Hopper Floor of SILO.(Note: SS Liner plate and Cutting/Gouging electrode will be provided by NCL)

Hoisting in position, fixing and jointing of fabricated stainless steel liner over the mother plate (Base plate) by Plug welding inside of Pre-Weigh hopper and other miscellaneous works etc. complete for Pre-Weigh Hopper. (Note: SS Liner plate and Welding electrode will be provided by NCL)

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of steel primer all complete as per the instruction of EIC. (Steel materials, welding electrodes, Industrial gas and Primer will be supplied by NCL)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
