8	Material and labour for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs, bathroom, etc by applyingof the following specifications and sequence with and including 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor rough finishescomplete as specified and directed:-(i)Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. andremove all loose /unsound material, dirt, dust etc. (ii)Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer moodified cementitous composite compound coating. (iii)First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488Kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer moodified cementitous composite compound @0.253 Kg/ Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 Kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer moodified cementitous composite compound @0.126Kg/ Sqm and allow it to air dry for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.(v)200 micron thick polythene film shall be pasted with help of adhesives over treatment.Note- Joints of WC/ Trap/ Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.
9	Matrerial and labour for 40mm thick average thicknessPCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course / paddingover roof surface, surface to be finished even and smooth with using extra cementincluding demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
10	Material and labour for 100mm thickPCC1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as sub base of floor including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or complete all as specified and directed.
11	Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & as directed.
12	Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) asroof kerbs or mud stops and the like, rounded or chamfered on edges complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
13	Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking outfor keys, scrubbing down with water etc of any thikness & brick or stone wall etc. cement or cement lime plaster any description complete all as specified and directed.
14	Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work , concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
15	Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work , concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
16	Material and labour for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) to ceiling surfaceand finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including applyingthree coats of whitewash on ceiling complete all specified and directed.
17	Material andlabour for preparation of exposed brick wall surface by cleaning the surface wire brush to remove all dirt/loose materials from the bricks and from the joints between the bricks. Prepared surface should be then washed with diluted HCL acid (dilution ratio of 1:50) for three times in a day for two days. After acid wash surface should be allowed to be air dried for one day. NOTE : - Further treatment over the surface so achieved will be carried out only after approved of the same by GE.
18	Material and labour for carrying out efflorescence treatment to unplastered wall surface comprising of the following specifications and sequence with and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement : - (a) Prime the prepared surface with one of the following product mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio as bonding agent : - (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (b) Immediately after priming the surface PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar) to be applied “BY HAND” while the prime is tacky. PMM should be prepared by mixing one of the following compounds in Cement Mortar 1:3 as per manufacturer’s instructions: -(i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (c) PMM surface should be allowed to dry for one day. After that it should painted with two coats of one of the following compound mixed with cement only in ratio of 1 (selected compound) : 1:5 (Cement) : - (i) Pidicrete URP of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Sika Latex of M/S Sika. (iii) Nitobond SBR Latex of M/S FOSROC. (d) Now apply two coats of one of the following compound over the surface. These compounds are to be used as per manufacturer’s instructions: - (i) Pidifin 2K of M/S Pidilite. (ii) Brush Coat of M/S Sika. (iii) Brush Bond of M/S FOSROC. NOTE : - Both coats should be perpendicular to each other and gap between two coats shall be minimum 6 hours. (e) Sprinkle loose coarse sand after second coat while surface is tacky. NOTE: - (i) The item will be executed by authorized applicator only of the selected / approved company. Contractor shall submit details of authorised applicator for approval of GE before commencement of work in respect of above item. (ii) Every stage of work will be approved by GE, then only next layer will be executed by contractor.
19	Material andlabour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of birla wall care putty surface complete all as specified and directed.
20	Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of any descriptionnot other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall etc; complete all as specified and directed.
