DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE PROPOSED ROW OF 4-LANNING OF JHAJJAR FARRUKHNAGAR GURUGRAM ROAD FROM KM 21.300 TO 34.800 IN GURUGRAM DISTRICT

2Demarcation of boundary line with the help of"Total Station/DGPS machine" of the proposed ROW ofJhajjar -Farukhnagar-Gurugram Road in Gurugram District including proposed new bye pass at Chandu Villageand fixingRCC boundary pillars as per proposed land acquisition plan. Work shell be executed by the contractual agency with the coordination of Revenue Department. Payment for "providing and fixing boundary pillars" will be made separately but the cost of survey equipment, manpower, stationary, printing work etc are includes.
3Providing and fixing of boundary pillars @ 50 to 100 mtr C/c. of Reinforced Cement Concrete M 15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25-1967, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting(HSR 34.28)
4Joint measurement survey (JMS) and valuation of the affected structures, multi stories buildings, bore wells, private water pipe line, Hand pumpsetc. with the revenue staff and land owners/Sub-holders within the proposed ROW ofFarukhnagar-Channdu Road including proposed new bye pass of Chandu Village. JMS sheet in adequate size showing proposed right of way (PROW), affected all type structures and duly signed by land/structure owners and verified by revenue or any other concerned Govt. Department will also be required to submitted by the contractual agency.
5Joint measurement survey (JMS) and valuation of trees/fruit trees (girth wise/type wise) etc. within proposed ROW of Jhajjar -Farukhnagar-Gurugram Road including proposed new bye pass of Chandu Village. JMS Sheet duly signed by the tree owners and verified by forest department (DFO/DHO). Complete in all respect as per directions of Engineer-in-charge
