Fuel Wood Will Be Supplied As Per Requirementquarterly Basis Andquantity As Per Supply Order Issued. , 1 Supply Should Be In Accordance Of Hppwd Specification 1990. 2 Supply Of Fuel Wood Will Be Received In Municipal Council’S Crematorium Store At Chambghat Solan. 3 Rates Will Be Inclusive Of All Types Of Taxes, Freight & Royality. 4 Rate Should Be F.O.R. Solan 5 Gst/Cgst Will Be Decducted By The Department From The Bill If Applicable. 6 Fuel Wood Will Be Supplied As Per Requirement Monthly Basis. 7 Validity Of Tender For One Year Only And Can Be Extended If Required. 8 The Purchase Committee Or Commissioner, Mc Solan Reserves The Right To Vary The Quantity (Increase Or Decrease) With The Validity Of The Contract Without Any Change In Price Or Other Items And Conditions With Commensurate Increase Or Decrease In Delivery Period.
