    Rate Contract For Inspection, Repair And Maintenance Assisted Jobs Of Electrical Equipment And All Transmission Lines Inside Sgw, Kulti And New Pit Of Ramnagore Colliery -1 Supply and Erection of ACSR Dog Conductors after dismantlement of defective conductors, Make: Anamika / Shree Agarsen / Fire Fox / MPP. 2 Supplying and Erection of 11 KV Disc Insulator with galvanised Insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as required, Make : Incap/Topline/Rashtriya Electrical. 3 Supplying and Erection of 11 KV Pin Insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washers, etc. as required, Make: Incap/Topline/Rashtriya Electrical. 4 Supply of Miscl. MS Hardware fittings including Nuts, Bolts, Clamps, etc. 5 Thorough cleaning of jungles, woods, etc. beneath and surrounding 3.3 KV O/H power Transmission lines & Cables inside SGW, Kulti. 6 Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all acessories including ferrules suitable for 240 sq. mm size of 3 core, XLPE, Aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade. Make - Densons / 3 M / Raychem. 7 Supply and Fixing of PG Clamps suitable for Dog Conductors, Make - Relco / Utilex. 8 Laying of XLPE Power Cable of 11 KV Grade of 240 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. 9 Repair & jointing of ACSR conductors in the event of accidental snapping inside the jungle. 10 Overhauling of Ramnagore Feeders: 3.3 KV, 400 A, OCB, Make - Reyrolle inside SGW, Kulti. 10 (a) Supply and Fixing of Fixed & Moving Contact assembly. 10 (b) Thorough cleaning of breaker chamber and replacement of oil. 10 (c) Supply and Replacement of defective incoming / outgoing bushes. 11 Less Scrap of replaced ACSR conductors
