1	Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15 degree, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases, upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring and shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crushed.
2	Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.Hot Rolled Deformed Bars.
3	centering and shuttering including stutting, propping etc. complete and removal of form for:
4	Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconiesand access platform.
5	Providing and laying P.V.C conduct pipe 50mm dia including bend junction and steel deep boxes.
6	Providing and laying of 2.5mm copper conductor with LED light 35watt. Complete.
7	20mm thick cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 fine sand)
8	Stone work (machine cut edges) of different shade and size for wall linning etc. (veneer work) upto 10m height, backing filled wih a grout of average 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 white cement :2 stone dust ) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade and curing complete (sample to be approved by Xen/ CEO)30mm thick
