Providing & fixing multi walled thermo clear glass lock type 6mm thick clear or required colour green poly carbonate multi walled sheet of approved brand as approved by Competent Authority-HIPA. The multi walled ploy carbonate sheet shall be fixed on Tabular steel structure with Alcox section of size 60x18x2 mm and weight not less than 0.462 Kg/m and weather proof neoprin EPDM rubber gasket on both side of joints and top, so as to make the whole structure water tight as per approved design/drawing. The alcomax aluminium section be fixed on joints and both end of poly carbonate sheet to fixed the sheet rigidly on steel frame structure. The weather proof neoprin and aluminium profile shall be fixed and sealed with silicon sealent to make the joints fully water proof. The poly carbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and self drilling 55 mm long steel screws fixed not less than 150mm centre to center. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materialand labor involved for fixing of sheet complete in all respect as per the direction of Competent Authority-HIPA-NS
