1. COMPLETE CLEANING/SERVICING OF CEILING SUSPENDED AIR HANDLING UNITS-14NOS (FORSEASON) INSTALLED IN CENTRAL LIBRARY OF GOVT. MEDICAL COLLEGE JAMMU and 2. COMPLETE CLEANING/SERVICING TO AIR HANDLING UNITS-04NOS (FOR SUMMER SEASON)INSTALLED IN THE AUDITORIUM OF GMC JAMMU.

Complete cleaning/servicing of Ceiling Suspended Air Handling Units installed in central library of GMC, Jammu by way of cleaning of pre-filters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. This job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes and labor charges.

Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units-04 Nos installed in Auditorium of GMC Jammu by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job includes p/f of V-belts and checking/repair to blower alignment. The job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes and labour charges.
