(d)The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e)The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered at AF Station Jodhpur. (f) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed periodically by Engr-in-charge or JE detailed by him to streamline complaints disposal system. Record of Complain received and attend be submitted duly signed by eng-in charge and users, for allowing payment in each RAR\BILL . |
