3Maintenance of substation lawn and garden (lawn area approx. 234Sq.Mts) by deploying01 No.part time Gardener by providing all T&P, seasonal seeds, poudh, cow mud,pesticides and fertilizers. ( as per technical specification enclosed Annex-1).
