    “Development Of Ghat And Crematoria At Simariya, Barauni, Bihar”-A. Construction stage:-Development of Ghats, Crematorium, Toilet & changing room, Embankment protection, Landscaping, Dustbins, External Electrification, High Mast Light , water purifier etc. as per BOQ. B. Operation and Maintenance period:- i) Cleaning of deposited silt/debris in the Ghat. ii) Cleaning and maintaining of Toilets & changing room regularly. iii) Maintaining the electrical appliances installed in Ghats. iv) Maintaining all the plantation and landscaping works in Ghats. v) Sweeping and cleaning of Ghats and maintaining it litter free. vi) Cleaning of all soil pipes/manholes etc. vii) Any other activity as directed by NBCC/State Govt. authorities.
