10Supplying, fabricating and placing in position HIGH STRENGTH DEFORMED STEEL BAR REINFORCEMENT of grade Fe500D for RCC work, straightening, cleaning, decoiling, cutting, bending to required shapes and lengths as per details, binding with contractor"s own 16 Standard Wire Gauge(SWG) black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, overlaps, chairs, spacers, lifting hooks etc for all heights & depths etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUPER STRUCTURE with bricks of Class 5.0 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement:4 M Sand) for all heights including the cost of materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, making openings of any shape and size, sealing the gap between masonry and soffit of beam/slab, embedding the fittings, curing, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and laying BRICK MASONRY IN SUB STRUCTURE with bricks of Class 5.0 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement:6 M Sand) for all depths including the cost of materials, labour, tools and tackles, scaffolding/staging, sampling and testing, soaking of bricks, cutting and laying of bricks, providing recesses, finishing the joints flush below ground level, curing, excluding plaster, etc. all complete as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Providing 15mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement:4 M sand) on brickmasonry, PCC/RCC surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, packing of electrical, plumbing works, scaffolding if required, finishing, curingincluding mouldings and providing grooves in plaster, bands, mouldings, etc. as specified for all depths and heights including labour charges, tools and tackles, material costs, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Providing 20mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in 2 coats, 1st coat of 12 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 M Sand) & 2nd Coat of 8 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 M Sand) plain cement plaster outside/inside the building/boundary wall finished to a smooth finish including providing grooves at junctions of two dis similar materials all complete as directed by EIC.
15Providing 6mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement:3 M-sand by volume) on Roof Ceilings, concrete surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, packing of electrical works, scaffolding, finishing, curing, etc. for all heights complete with all labour charges, material costs, tools and tackles, etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Providing & applying INTERIOR PAINT one coat of emulsion primer & filling services, if any with putty & applying two coats of Acrylic Distemper Paint of Asian / approved equivalent make, as per the manufacturer’s specifications including necessary scaffolding, brushing, cleaning & surface preparation with Plaster of Paris punning, etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Providing and applying TEXTURED GRANULAR type wall coating of BakeliteHylam Ltd. Or approved equivalent, consisting of twin pack fine gradesilica granules / dry flakes made of special grade of china clay / granite type flakes of "HERITAGE" or equivalent in approved shade and texture;mixed in-situ with 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent; applied overplastered surfaces; the granules/flakes etc., bonding material, mixing, method of application, surface preparation etc. all shall be as per manufacturer"s recommendations and specifications all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
18Providing and applying three coats of approved WHITE WASH (comprising of Fat lime, water, gum with hot water and sodium chloride with hot water) in interior surfaces as per the specifications including necessary scaffolding and surface preparation, etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Supplying and applying two coats of PREMIUM ACRYLIC EMULSION EXTERIOR PAINT of required shade and including surface preparation, a priming coat with emulsion primer of approved brand as same as final coat including cleaning, removing dust, filling all holes, cracks and depressions with wall putty, necessary scaffolding, etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Providing and Laying WATER PROOFING MEMBRANE to roof of Atacticpoly propylrnr (APP) with non-Woven polyster reinforcement having thin poly ethylene foil of approved quality inculding cleaning, crack filling, rendering and necessary fixing arrangements as per manufacturer"s specifications, rate shall include supplying & sprinkling Pea-Sized gravel or grit devoid fine sand over member complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The thickness of Atactic Poly propylene (APP) membrane to be considered as 4.0mm)
21Providing and fixing Tray type ALUMINIUM PLANK FALSE CEILING consisting of 254/305mm x 1264mm or 600mm x 600mm size Aluminium planks (profiled for positive engagement into clip-in profiles and demounting of individual planks) manufactured out of 0.7mm thk. 22Providing and fixing PRESSED STEEL DOOR and WINDOW FRAMES ofsize (assorted size out of) Overall 125mm x 60mm section, of required profile confirming to IS: 4351, made of 16 SWG pressed steel including / consisting of: i) 3 mm thick MS flat spacers welded to frame @500 mm c/c and at hold fast locations. (ii) Filling the hollow frame section with concrete. (iii) MS angle (20mm x 20mm x 3mm) horizontal tie member below floor furnish (iv) MS hold fasts (200mm x 25mm x 6mm) welded to spacers. 26Providing and fixing ALUMINIUM WORK for DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTILATORS and PARTITIONS with extruded build up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for galzing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 27Providing and fixing TOUGHENED GLASS PANES of 6.0 mm Thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)
28Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating and fixing in position MS STEEL INSERTS (with lugs) as shown in drawing including fabrication to any shape made out of flats, plates, rolled sections, sleeves, pipes etc. providing necessary templates, staging, cutting, straightening, if required, bolting, welding as required and embedding in position on both plain, reinforced cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shittering & reinforcement/any other fixture, welding where ever necessary, tying and holding to correct level, line and position, any auxilliary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, & painting with one shop coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer (30 micron DFT) and finishing with two coats of anti corrosive paint (20 micron DFT each coat) brand and colour, etc complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
29Providing, Straightening, fabricating CURB ANGLE as per drawing including hold fasts (MS Round or Flat) welded to angles and fixing, painting with one coat of anti corrosive primer complete as per drawings and specifications.
30Supplying, assembling and installing 1000mm high stin finish STAINLESS STEEL (SS 304 Grade) TUBULAR RAILING of approved design in staircase, ramps, around floor cutouts etc. Consisting of :1.50mm dia SS pipe top handrail 2. 32mm dia SS pipe balusters (at every third step for staircase, @ maximum 1200mm c/c for ramp, floor cutouts) 3. 3 nos minimum 18mm dia SS pipe intermediate handrails. Including: 1. Fixing balusters to floor with 4 nos bolts and 8mm thick, 100mm dia SS base plate & SS cap/collar. 2. Fixing Top hadrail to the balusters with 12mm dia plate. 3. 40Providing, hoisting and fixing in position RCC PRECAST ELEMENTS with reinforced cement concrete grade 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 M sand: 3 graded stone aggregate with OPC 53 grade and 20mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates) for all leads, levels, shapes and thickness including all moulds, shuttering and centering, vibrating, tamping, curing, chamfering, providing lifting hooks, levelling, aligning and fixing/laying in position using crane, breaking brickwork and /or concrete surfaces and making good the same, etc. all complete (excluding cost of Reinforcement) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. C; classified as "Class I" for surface spread of flame as per BS 476, part 7; fixed to R.C.C. slab by hot blow grade bitumen of 85/25 grade or cold adhesive CPRX applied over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.5 Litres / Sq.M. applied to bare R.C.C. surface and to the two surface of each PIR Panel and pressed in position (while the bitumen is still tacky) with the help of G.I. screws (No. 8 x 75mm long) fixed into rawl plugs (holes in R.C.C. for the raw plugs shall be drilled prior to applying coat of bituminous primer) of size 8 x 25mm inserted (5 nos. for each slab one each at 4 corners and one at center) and G.I washers 25mm dia; including covering the overlaps with approved quality sealing compound (MAS-94 or equivalent); chicken wire mesh 24G x 19mm shall then be fixed to G.I screws and tightened with lacing wire; including preparation of surface consisting of cleaning R.C.C surface of all dust, dirt and loose particles by wire brushing; etc. all complete as per approved manufacturer"s standard specifications and recommendations.
70Cut or form a hole, square or circular through reinforced concrete floor or wall exceeding 150 mm but not exceeding 500 mm thick & make good complete as directed by owner/consultant, for area of cutting in between 65 and upto 250 Sq.cm,all complete as directed by EIC. (For cutouts, below 65 sq.cm surface area, no extra payment will be made)

72Supplying and applying two coats of COAL TAR EPOXY PAINT of approved make as per manufactures specifications with minimum of volume Solids as 65% Coal tar content as 40% pigment content as 22% and DFT per coat as 100 microns, on all exposed surfaces of RCC in substructure eg. foundation, footings, rafts, pile caps, beams, slabs, pedastals, trenches, manholes, catchpits, drains, RCC pits, pipe sleepers, equipment / machine foundations etc. all complete for all depths below ground level etc. including all labour, tools and tackles complete as directed by EIC.
73Demolition of EXISTING STORES (02 Nos.) near Wagon Loading Silos of size approx. 30.1mx10mx6m and 17.78mx7.75mx6m including dismantling of flooring, fixtures, doors, windows, partitions,rolling shutter etc., asbestos sheeting,truss,purlin, structural steel items etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. This includes demolishing foundation upto bottom of pile cap and PCC layer underneath if resting on pile else complete foundation including raft and underlying layersis to be demolished in case of open foundation.All unserviceable material should be disposed atVaikkadu Area outside the Refinery premises up to a lead of 7km as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .All serviceable materials shall be the property of contractor. Unserviceable material includes Plain cement concrete, Reinforced cement concrete excluding reinforcement bars, fire proofing materials,insulations,floor finishes and water proofing layers, bricks, stones, rubbish, vitreous (ceramic) sanitary items like washbasin, urinals, water closets and plumbing fittingsetc.Serviceable materials are Reinforcement Steel,structural steel , roof/side cladding sheets, chequered plate, gratings, hand railing, doors, wooden/steel/aluminium windows & ventilators shutters, frames steel/aluminium grills,partitions, steels gates, rolling shutters,etc. as decided by the Engineer in charge.
74Supplyof UNSKILLED LABOUR to carry out petty works not assessable for measurements/minor repair works, on day-to-day basis. The rates shall include ESI, PF, payroll cost and allowances, fringe benefits, overhead supervision, profits and hand tools.
75Supply of JCB on hire basis on all working days from Monday to Saturday on 8 hrs. shift including driver, assitant / fuel / oil / lubricants / all consumables etc. complete. The quoted rate should include mobilization, operator crew"s / driver / assistant cost, labour, tools, tackles etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
76Supply of POCLAIN-PC 200 on hire basis including fuel/oil/lubricants for excavating the existing compacted earth, levelling to required slopes and dumping at designated places within the site premises. The quoted rate should include mobilization, operator crew"s / driver cost, loading, transporting, unloading, labour, tools, tackles etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
77Providing necessary BARRICADING WORKS with 1mm thick corrugated GI sheets and supporting with necessary structural steel arrangements including scafffolding pipes and tubes for a maximum height of 3m, embedding the same in firm ground with necessary foundation works, etc. Rate quoted should include mobilisation and erection of the above items including demobilisation after completion of works. The same will be the property of Contractor.
