B: Seed treatment by machine Seed processing by spiral separator It includes shifting of raw seed bags from raw seed stacks to feeding site or cast the raw seed bags from stacks to spiral separator and filling in standard bags and stacking of processed seed at the same site or other site of warehouse by loading into truck or trolley and filling of undersize in gunny bags, after weighing, sewing stacking of undersize at the same site or other site of warehouse by loading into truck or trolley and covering it with Tarpaulin and also the cleaning of place of seed stacking, processing and transportation means like trolley etc. Loading and unloading of stakes for different purpose A. Unloading bags from warehouse or other place and loading them in trolley or truck B. Unloading by trolley or truck, rolling up to the height of 12-25 bags etc. Note - Above rates are eligible for MM and Logistic section Revalidation Work It includes taking out all small packing of bag/poly pouches from gunny bags and applying of revalidation stamps on every bag/pouch and after signature from the officials of certification agency on the bag then again filling in gunny bag and stacking of these bags varying from 10 to 50 kg size after revalidation stamps on tags and signature of officials of certification agency on the gunny bag. Reprocessingand packing of carry over seed At the time of revalidation of carry over seed if necessary regarding of standard packed/bulk packed seed / packing of regarded seed and seed bags from stacks to feeding site by loading into truck or trolley/ Pouring of carry over seed from feeding site to elevator /after the seed processed by processing machines its packing and again stacking at said site. Repacking of packed seed in poly pouches :It includesopening of seed bags ( in a way there is no damage to tag )filling with seeds sticking of sticker with poly pouch and then putting of small paking poly pouces in big gunny bags thensewing of gunny bags and loading into a truck or trolley and after that their transportation to warehouse and stacked them at same site or other site of warehouse as well as cleaning of the site of packing Hand Picking: - Hand picking of graded seed as per requirement (Lot wise opening of bag, hand picking and refilling in bags and staking) Seed Coating: - Lifting of seed from godowns and feeding of seed in the coating machine hopper, mixing of chemical for seed coating, collection of coated seed from machines, drying of seed after coating, and packing in different size bags/pouches. Cleaning of floor and machine after seed coating/packing and staking of bags in godowns. Removal of tags/labels from failed lots bags in case of advance packing bags. (De-staking, removal of tag/lebels from bags and stitching of bags, staking as per instructions.) Seperation of gunny bags and making of bundles of 50 no’s. gunny bags and staking in countable condition for serviceable and unserviceable. Cleaning once used gunny bags (Making of bundles of 50 nos. gunny bags and staking in countable condition for serviceable and unserviceable.)
