101 | Note (ii):- (a) Inspection of Lifts shall be carried out by Govt lift inspector for worthness certificate during the current contract agreement within first 3 monthsincluding load testing as per lift act. (b)The maintenance certificate to be duly signed by contractor and concerned Engineer-in-Charge for the lift as per schedule for every month, (c) The lift mechanic to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/rectification of complaint the register will be updated and signed. (d)Contractor should provide one Skilled Lift mechanic and one helper for 24 Hrs in cycle.If any lift gets stuck/blocked/unserviceableat site, within 10 min the lift mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay.Incase the problem could not be solved, the matter to be informed to the contractor as well as to the MES authorities. (e) Further ifthe Contractor failed to provide Skilled Lift Mechanic and helper at the time of any Lift Complaint a recovery @of Rs.300/- per hour wef the time of lodging the complaint till completion of 24 hrs will be recovered from the Contractors dues.Also in case of any Lift gets repair for want of Spares the Contractor should provide the spare parts in time or with in 24 hours the Lift should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs.500/- per hour wef the time after 24 hours shall be recovered from the Contractors dues being hospital priority. (f)The Contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the above mentioned Lifts in the Lift Rooms. |
