Providing Consultancy services for preparation of DPR including conceptual drawings, Building & Road layout plan, elevation, sections, perspective views landscape design, Project presentation with Walk through presentation,3d Visual Models, preparation of detail Drawings, detail cost estimates of approved Architectural planand providing technical assistance for clearance of the design, drawings, and estimates from the Govt. Institution engaged by the UT Administration for vetting, verification, bid process management and providing full time Third Party Inspection and Quality Management for supervision of works during the course of execution including certifying the construction quality etc. till the project complete period for the work awarded for Renovation and Modernization ofCorporate Office of OIDC on plot no. 35 at Somnath, Daman.(3rd Call)
