The works shall be as per detailed designs based on site conditions and following relevant IS Codes/IEC/ other relevant international codes as may be approved upon by EMC.Mentioned values above are subject to change based on detailed engineering designs of the Contractor and subsequent approval by EMC. |
| 4 | Hydrokinetic turbines with Corrosion shielded Aluminium/MS or SS blades with system having a Coeff of Performance of atleast 0.40. Sizing of the turbines shall be as per detailed designs based on site conditions and as approved by EMC |
| 5 | Strutural Frameworks /anchoring works for the turbine installation shall be as per detailed project report with approval of EMC. The materials shall meet relevant quality standards as per BIS |
| 6 | Generators -shall be of 3 Phase 440V (variable RPM) nd having IP 65 protection. It shall be of PMG/Excitation type Field Generator with 95% efficiency. It shall be as per detailed project report with approval of EMC. |
| 7 | Grid interfacing - Shall be 3 phase 440V with control panel/power conditioners shall meet IEC specifications. This shall include Rectifiers, Circuit barkers, Isolators, Grid tied 3 Phase invertors Turbine breaking arrangement, along with Display for Instantaneous Power, Voltage, Current and Energy etc including earthing,as may suit the designs for each turbine. |
| 8 | Online monitoring system, which is capable of measuring and logging Energy, Voltage, Current, Power factor etc. with secured login & Password for web enabled server logging. Minimum Update interval for every 5 minutes, with communication network & Web server subscription valid for minimum 36 months. Admin previlage for the data logging shall be given to EMC with necessary Manuals. |
