Descaling of the air handling units- 04Nos by way of closing inlet and outlet valves of the main chiller pipeline of the AHUs and then descaling of the copper tubes of the coil with the help of special chemical, cleaning of fins, flushing of the line till all the blockages are flushed and then connecting chiller line back to cooling coil.Job also includes dismantling and cleaning of Y-type strainers -04 Nos and refitting back after cleaning ,replaced the damaged butterfly valves -03 Nos and then filling the water in the line and tubes/cooling coils. Job also includes dismantling the motor-02No, Pulleys-02os and then shifting to the workshop for rewinding of the motor-2No with proper copper conductor, repairing the shaft of the motor by welding/brazing and making it to the required size on lathe machine and P/F of bearings in place of damaged ones to both the motors and assembling the motors and also repairing to the pulleys-02No, shifting the motors & pulleys back to the site and refitting the same and testing the motor on load after making the electrical connections. The job also includes replacing of worn out v-belts and alignment of blower pulleys and motor pulleys. Job also includes Complete cleaning/servicing of Air Handling Units 04 No. installed in the following location of New Emergency block in GMCH Jammu.a)Air handling Unit(ff)b) Air Handling Unit. (ff)The job includes cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaning of nozzle head, greasing of motor bearings and cleaning of duct as per requirement at site to clear the blockage. The job also includes cleaning of AC vents, grills and diffuser platesinstalled in all the four floors of new emergency block by engaging manpower.The job includes cost of material, taxes and labourcharges.
