(Approx.)heavy duty endless slat type Arrival Baggage conveyor system having nominal useful width of 950 mm, having rubber slats black in colour with smooth top of PVC/PU/Rubber, Antistatic, flame,retardant, height 450 mm from finished floor level and speed of 24-30 Mtr.The Carousel shall have die cast aluminium chain block friction type suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats finished chain track unit frame work tension adjustment device stainless steel side covering (inner & outer) in the passage area as well as in non passenger area , toe kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimension with MS Slat support having live loading capacity of 35 Kgper linear, Metre, all accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, equipment grounting, earthing, necessary wiring, connection/interconnection etc.as required for successful commissioning of Baggage Conveyor System complete as required. The panel shall be front openable & accessible. All doors shall beprovidedwithhighqualityneoprenerubbergasket.Doorinterlockfeaturewith incomingpowersupplyshallbeprovidedaspermanufacturerstanderd.Thetypeof protection for enclosure of the panel shall be minimum IP42 & suitable for operation on415 volts, 3 Phase,50 Hz AC supplyi/c earthing,connectionsand comprisingof the following component as required for arrival baggage handling system:-IncomingControlUnit:415VoltsTPNMCCBSofbreakingcapacityof25KA (Ics=100Icu) with over load & short circuitprotection.The rating of the MCCB shall be so selected that only about 80% of its full current carrying capacityis utilized for meeting the requirement of the specific application.-Incoming Protection : i)Single Phase Protection ii)Phase reversal protection iii) Under voltage protection-Status Indication/ display : Indicationlamps (LED type) in differentcolour for Three phases & power ON with protection MCB.-Meters (Incoming) : a) Digital type Ammeter of Required range with selector switch & Current Transformers.(b) Digital type Voltmeter with selector switch and protection MCB.-MOV&switch:NecessarySurgeprotectionSystem(block70KAminimumwithNeutral protection) shall be provided at control panel of conveyor with incomer switch.-Outgoing for Motors (s) : 1) MPCB of suitable current rating & breaking capacity of 10KA for each motor. 2) Soft Starter for conveyor motor.-Outgoing for rolling shutter : i) 2 Pole MPCB of 10 KA & suitable current rating for each shutter motor. Ii) Interloacking with conveyor & limit switches / sensors. iii) Auto-manual switches, separate push button for UP /DOWN mo- Emergency stop : Provision shall be made in panel & at three other locations for each carousel in the passenger baggage claim area.-Alarm / Time delay : Provision for time delay start, duly interconnectedwith buzzer and start the sequence of carousel.\"-Interlock & Logic : A programmable logic to meet the operational requirement shall be worked out got approved from Engineer-in-charge.Required number of sensors and other controldevicesshall be providedto meetthe functionallogicaloperationof conveyor along with sequential operation of feeder conveyors as required.-Air Louvers : The control panel constructionalfeature shall have air louvers for proper ventilation. |

| 11 | All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the entire Arrival Baggage Handling Systems as covered under the works including all spares, consumables, manpower etc. including preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, break down maintenance etc. as per the recommendations of the manufacturer & instructions of Engineer-in-charge, standard engineering practice and special conditions specifiedfor maintaining the above systems in acceptable, functional, operational, serviceable conditions by providing monthly visit after completion of DLP. |
