1a) Survey and identification of all encroached land and Building along with Preparation of plan of Land. b) Report on current Status of theencroachment of land along with property wise complete report for encroached land c) Report on current status of Litigation, if any, in respect of ownership of encroached land.
2a) Survey and identification of all municipal land and building available with MCM along with Preparation of plan. b) Complete details of properties lying unused, under-utilized and of no use in the Foreseeable
3a) To update record pertaining to municipal land acquired by the Government for HUDA/HSIIDC or any other Govt. or Semi Govt. Agency. b) To identify parcels of land for which original compensation and enhanced compensation have been taken. c) To identify land for which no compensation and no enhanced compensation have been taken by the corporation of the erstwhile committee/ panchayat’s land as well as total outstanding amount there of. d) To compute the total amount that has been paid by the requiring agencies to the corporation or erstwhile committee/ panchayat’s land towards compensation and enhanced Compensation and amount compensation and enhanced compensation yet to be paid and to coordinate with the requiring agencies for ensuring payment of compensation and enhanced compensation to the Corporation. e) To coordinate with the acquiring agency for exploring the possibility of allotment of land to the corporation at the appropriate location in lieu of its acquired land.
4a) To Survey and identification of the revenue rastas/Nala/Bandh along with their length, width and area detailed as per site and their segregation as functional or defunct. b) To compile details of encroachment along with the list of encroachers and details of construction raised by them on the revenue rastas/Nala/Bandh. c) To identify revenue rastas/Nala/Bandh passing through the licensed land in terms of their functionality capturing details like length, width, and area as per the site. d) To prepare lists of licenses along with license details through whose colonies the revenue rastas/Nala/Bandh are passing duly marked on the respective sectoral plan. e) To identify revenue rastas/Nala/Bandh which are passing through the licensed land but laying defunct, duly marked on the respective sectoral plan. f) Implementation of a mechanism for the exchange of land against land marked as revenue roads lying with private developers, in lieu of equal land of equal value. g) Evaluation and finalization of the proposal of land exchange against revenue rasta along with a collection of price for the land as per current circle rates, or takeover of equal size of the land of similar value in the same area or within municipal limits.
5Conducting Topographical Survey/demarcation of Road/ Streets/Nala/Revenue rasta/ bandh/ MCM land/Sectors/Colony/Village etc., by using DGPS/Total Station including showing all permanent features, Railway Line, canal, Roads, Streets, Schools, Chaupals and other landmarks, preparations of L-Section and X-Section of Road. Submit data Along with Digital Plan showing level and contours including marking of Latitude and Longitude of Junctions.
6Digitization of revenue sajra plan and provide to MCM in Soft copy including marking of Govt. Land, MCM Land, Revenue Rasta, Nala, Bandh land, Village Revenue Boundary, Village Laldora, Mustil line with red Colour, Kila line with Black colour and dimension in karam.
7Each MC Land bounded with pre cast RCC boundary wall as per standard drawing and design and specification as mentioned in the tender document.
8MC Land bounded with Brickworkboundary wall as per standard drawing and design and specification as mentioned in the tender document.
9MC Land bounded with wire fencing as per standard drawing and design and specification as mentioned in the tender document.
