Scope of work • Physical checking, monitoring of allH.T.(11KV) & L.T.(433V) electrical installations from Ground floor to 9th floor (Banquet). • Routine/preventive maintenance like cleaning, lighting, IR Test, HV fest and all other requisite tests of the total installations. • Physical checking of earthing system, earth insulation resistance, fault attending and its restoration, break down maintenance and replacement of defective accessories/damaged parts etc. upto Rs. 10,000.00. in each item (electrical, plumbing etc.) above than that will be paid at per actual. • Indoor & outdoor lighting network/fault repairing and replacement of defective parts etc. • Electrical installations for Pump motors of drinking water system, fire system. • Maintenance/attend breakdown & restoration of room air conditioning system. • Electrical maintenance of 400 KVA D.G. power from main Panel to AMF Panel. • Electrical installations of 100KV roof top solar system. • No civil work will be considered. • For any major repairing of the different electrical installations will be paid at per actual. . |
