Dismantling of FRP Door shutter with door Frame for opening of size 900 mm x 2100mm with grouting lug / anchoring arrangements in 100mm thick RCC wall opening in Cooling Tower IIIincluding cost of all T&P materials, lead, lift, safety appliances, all labour charges, conveyance of materials etc., complete and as directed by the departmentengineer at site in complete.

Supplying and fixing in position FRP Door shutter with door Frame for cooling tower walk way door .The FRP Door shutter with FRP Door frame made out of FRP sheets of 3mm thick overall size 65mmX50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS angle / Flats, Cost of hold fast and solid core FRP shutter panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of wall thickness of 3mm wall thickness for styles and rails etc., of size specified by the Engineers at site. The cost including grouting lug / anchoring arrangements using special chemical likeapplying of NITOBOND -EP for old concrete surface, grouting with micro concrete with special admixtures in 100mm thick RCC wall opening in Cooling Towersincluding cost of materials, handles, suitable locking arrangements as per site requirement finishing neatly including hire charges for all T&P required, charges for safety appliances, transport, erection, all labour charges, all leads & lifts etc complete

Painting two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of primer to the hand rails of cooling tower unit IV including cost of all materials, brushes, emerry sheets for thorough scrapping and cleaning the hand rails before painting, all labour charges, all lead & lift etc., complete.

Replacing the Hand rails by new one by using 40 mm dia G.I.pipes heavy duty conforming to IS specifications in Cooling tower Unit Iincluding cost of GI pipe, cutting charges, welding charges, hire charges for welding machine, grouting with RCC using speacial quick setting cement wherever necessary and joiningGI pipes including all labour charges, lead & lift etc., complete.
