1M & L for taking down carefully Transformer/Isolation transformer of capacity up to 315 KVA, any make, any type from pole/plinth/base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, supporting angles, cross arm, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to theworkshop opening the top cover of the transformer, bushing, draining of oil from the transformer, lifting thecore complete taking out defective coils from the core, cleaning the tank and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthings, supports/cross arms etc all as directed by EIC Note: (i) Spares, Rewinding of transformer,reinsulating & heating if required will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch"A" items (ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
2Supplyonly Top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet.
3Supplyonly HT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body suitable for 11 KV as per IS 3347.
4Supplyonly LT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body 1100 V grade as per IS 3347.
5Supplyonly HT brass studs along with washers for one terminal 11 KV transformer.
6Supplyonly LT brass studs along with washers for one terminal 1100 Volts grade transformers.
7S & F Breather assembly complete with silica GEL
8S & F only Temp level indicator including its bolts, nuts, gasket etc complete.
9Rewinding old / burnt out HT/LT coils by super enameled copper winding wire / strips of appropriate size of super quality (as per existing material & size of transformer coils) including, insulating, varnishing, heating, keeping coils in position, etc for transformer up to 315 KVA.
10Re-insulation of heated / weak LV coils of transformer by super quality insulating materials, heating, varnishing , etc complete to improve IR value etc complete all as directed by EIC.
11M & L for Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil / Voltage stabilizer / VLE switch & Isolation Transformer oil by using mobile dehydration and filtration plant, heating and filtering thetransformer oil to be carried out till the di- electric strength reaches value of 60 KV or above in one minute, for any capacity of transformer/Voltage stabilizer/VLE Switch & Isolation Transformer (25 to 315 KVA/ VLE SWITCHES) Note:- Cost of T&P required for dehydration and filteration should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No extra cost will be permissible to the contractor in this regard.
12M & L for topping / replacement of transformer oil having di-electric strength above 50 KV/mm of Transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil up to the required level in any type and capacity of transformer / Voltage stabilizer / OCB all as directed by EIC.Note :Transformer oil brought by the contractor at site shall be in seal packing drum having ISI mark as per IS 335/1983.
13M&L for servicing of GOD assembly , cleaning the rusted surfaces of fixed and moving contacts, applying grease , replacing the wornout jumper clamps / jumpers upto 2mtr length, nuts/bolts etc, checking for proper alignment and smooth working of GOD all as directed. Note:- The items for replacement of GOD,DO,HT joints etc will be measured and paid separately, if required
14S & F in repair of Digital protective relay ( for HT VCB) of 3 phase over current /earth fault with high set C.T. Rating 1A or 5A , field selectable , Aux.supply 24V-240V AC/DC and out put contacts 4 NO complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
15M & L for Calibration of VCB / RMU relay by injecting High voltage through CTS checking the over load system of VCB upto 90 % rated load and artificial fault creation and setting of relay by 10 to 15 % of rated load removing u/s overload and earh fault relay including connection with power pack.Opening out the trolly checking the operation of VCB mechanically and electrically through shunt trip coil including energizing of springs automatically including checking of TNC switch.Testing and commissioning all as directed. Note:- (i)Maintenance to be carried out the reps of authorised firm. (ii)After completion test certificate shall be furnished from firm.
16M & L for maintenanceof VCB / RMU11 KV, 400/ 630 /1200 Amps including removal of VCB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, servicing of relays, etc. refixing the VCB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of VCB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete. Note:- (i)Maintenance to be carried out the reps of authorised firm. (ii)After completion test certificate shall be furnished from firm.
17M & L in repair for 11/12 KV 20/40 Amp, fuse links for distribution circuits (for use in OCB) suitable for MEI make 11 KV VLE unit fuse carries assembly complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
18S & F in repair Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed)grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 120 Sqmm 3 core all as directed.
19S& F Battery for HT VCB auto control of 7AH 12V for power bank all as directed EIC.
20S & F in repair of Potetial Transformer 11 KV / 110 V 50Hz of VCB all as directed by EIC.
21S & F in repair of Current Transformer of VCB upto 200 Amps all as directed by EIC.
22M & L for Maintenance / Servicing of Servo Voltage stabilizer by OEM rep ofcapacity upto 160 KVA 3 phase 440 volts 50 Hzincluding cleaning,checking oil level and brazing / soldering if required , replacement of control panel spare parts as electronic circuit card / volt meter / amp meter / Trigger Transformer etcof servo Voltage Stabilizer .checking each phase voltage, Testing and commissioning complete all as directed.( Note: Spare parts if required shall be paid separately)

29M & L for scraping of old painted surfaces of Two pole structure including all nuts bolts,GOD/DO,channel,cross arm & street light brackets etc. complete and paintingwith a coat of silver colour aluminium paint all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

31M&L for in repair for 11/12 KV 1 / 3.15 Amp, fuse links for distribution circuits (for use in VCB PT) suitable for VCB voltage Transformer unit fuse carries assembly.
32S & F in repair of VCB spring Charging motor 24 Volts DC (as per site requirment) with gear assembly all as directed by EIC.
33S & F in repair of Power Pack for VCB control system of 230 Input and 24 Volts output with fuse protection all as directed by EIC.

40S&F in repair of GI tubing 100 mm borelight grade for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers all as specified of sizes.
41M & L for scrapping of old painted/oily surface of transformer including all nut bolts, channels by wire brush with cottan waste and painting with twocoat ofapproved synthetic enamel paint as per the existing paint by sparay gun and writing SM No all as per ground condition as directed and specified byEngr-in –charge.
42Taking out unserviceable / serviceable HT cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables for reuseand removing unserviceable cables, covers etc, for the sizes of cables 120 Sqmm all as directed by Engr- in -charge.
43S & F in repair of serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables( HT ), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 120 Sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Excavation, earthwork, cable joints, sand coushing & cable coverwill be measured and paid separately if required.
44Laying only in repairof HT 11 KV 3 core 120 Sqmm cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable( HT ), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 120 Sqmm x 3 coreall as specified and directed by EIC.
45M & L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indicator,made out of PCC 1:2:4 ,type Bo,12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thichness), painted with orange colour lettering synthetic paintand letters 4 inch"DANGER,HT 11 KV CABLE" to be writtenwithblack colour lettering synthetic paint and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm including necessary excavation for PCC block c, placed at interval of every 30 M ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

48S & F in repair of procelain/epoxy insulators use in HT feeder pillar boxes as per sample all as specified and as directed.
49S & F in repair ofoutdoor type heat shrinkable cable end joint for 3 core, up to 120Sqmm HT, 11 KV (earth), XLPE insulated heavy duty aluminium conductor cable including making incoming and outgoing electrical connections all as directed
50S & F in repair of or mounting over four/two pole structure to vertically operated gang operating air break switch (GOD) suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amp consisting of 3 Insulators in each phase (Total 9 insulators in 3 Phase) mounted over the galvanised mild steel channel frame of suitable size, operating mechanism, operating handle made of medium grade galvanised Iron pipe of 25 mm dia, at least 5 mtr long, locking arrangement , connected with 7 leaver Godrez lock, moving and fixed contacts, copper jumphersincluding making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

58M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal groundlevel connected to and including copper stripof 20 x 3 mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc. of galvanised iron or steelincluding provn of HDPE protectionpipe light grade of 32/40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicatedand testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore Sch.40, wire mesh and lugs, test point etc. complete. 60S & F in repair of drop out fuse assembly consisting of two post insulators with jaws mounted over suitable size of mild steel channel for each phase (06 nos. of insulators mounted over three channels for three phase) including making electrical connections of all incoming and outgoing conductors all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
61S&F TNC Switch for operation of VCB all as directed by Engineer- in - charge.
62M & L for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of HT panel; checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like; replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel; preparation of old painted surfaces (internal & external) of the panel, complete removal of existing paint using emry paper grade 220, by sanding and scrubbing, application of corrosion resistant primer by sprayers, applying hammer finish metal paint using sprayers in two coats and till shining surfaces are obtained; application of two coats of epoxy red paint on panel frames, with locking arrangement including lock complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
63M & L for Inspecton of faulty Dry typeTransformer of capacity 750/150 KVA at site by companysevice engineerand finding out fault, taking down carefully transformer from base, disconnecting HT & LT side connections, earthing strip of transformer, bus bar stripandsupporting angles including transportation of transformer from work site to work shop for further maintenance work and reassembling the transformer after carrying out the repairs/replacement of worn out part, ovening the complete unit till to get desired megger value, transporting returning back to the site installing re-commissioning and testing of the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides,earthings, supports / cross arms etc all as directed by EIC
64M & L for rewinding of HT/LTcoils with copper 220oCinsulating system "R" class wire of high quality matching with existing guage and impedence including requisite paper material in each layer of winding after taking down old existing winding of HT/LT coils complete
65M&L for re-arranging the top lamination over coils in proper manner including fixing of channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing work for star delta connection.
66M&L for baking the core assembly in the oven duly varnishing the coil to imrove IR value and to eliminate moisture content in it complete all as directed by EIC.
67M&L for inserting the core assembly after baking in the enclosure and making connection with HT and LT bushing studs and closing the enclosure by side panel with suitable nut, bolts and washers etc.
68S & F in repair of porcelain transformer bushing on LT 1100 Volt side including brass stems conical bush and suitable gasket cover for transformer
69S & F in repair of porcelain transformer bushing on HT 11 KV side including brass stems conical bush
70M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces, by brushing /cleaning stains, greasy spot with thinner applying two coats synthetic enamel paint by spray painting complete.
71Supply and filling of Silica gel cristal in breather assembly in any capacity of transformer as directed by Engineer -in Charge.
72S & F in repair of space heater, ISI marked suitable for 11KV VCB Panel/ RMU, complete all as directed.
73S & F in repair of thermostat suitable for 11 KV HT panel all as specified.
74S & F in repair of Closingcoil, ISI marked suitable for 11KV VCB Panel, complete all as directed.
75S & F in repair oftrippingcoil, ISI marked suitable for 11KV VCB Panel, complete all as directed.
76S & F in repair of vaccum interrupter 630/800 Amp suitable for HT VCB complete all as specified and directed
77Disconnecting oil leakage transformers shifting to workshop & taking out old HT/LT Bushing of transformer of capacity for up to 315 KVA opening the top cover of transformer and replacement the bushing with stud/connecting rod with cork sheet packing & refixed the top cover of transformer including replacement of cork sheet packing and testing complete . Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall deem to be included the cost HT & LT Bushing, studs along with washers, corck sheet packing material nut bolts etc.(ii) T&P required , rent of vehicle, crane, labour involved for shifting, lifting are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
