Invites Expression of Interest to undertake the in-house trainings, workshops for capacity building, foundation courses. refresher courses and interstate/intrastate exposure visits of the staff engaged in project implementation activities at various levels. The assignment is expected to be completed by 31st March, 2014. The agencies/institutes must provide infonmation proving that they are qualified and competent to perfonm the services. The proposals should also contain infonmation as per the questionnaire given on the website alongwith, details of financial turn over for last 3 financial years average turnover should not be less than 50 lacs) and a declaration by the head of the institution stating that the agency has not been black listed by any government department / institution.
