Expression of Interest for schemes under PPP mode and for availing consultancy Services, - A) under PPP Mode - i) Aug of Cruise Tourism facilities. ii) Utilisation of the Port land and covered areas in the Port Buildings outside Customs bound area for commercial/ recreational purposes. iii) Installation and operation of Marina iv) Installation of Wind Mills on the Breakwater v) Power generation from Ocean based renewableÂ· energy resources vi) Desalination Plant vii) Developing and managing Diabetic Centre at Rajaji Salai by converting the same as Super Specialty Hospital viii) Managing the existing school at Tondiarpet ix) Management of Guest House and Canteen facility x) Supply and operation of Harbour Mobile Crane and other cargo handling equipments xi) Supply and operation of the Flotilla xii) Air Cargo Freight Station at Thirusoolam xiii) Development of two sidings for placement of full rakes in common user railway sidings in Bharathi Dock xiv) Exclusive storage yard for the project cargo and warehouse for Agro products xv) Development of CFS for verification of FCL import containers at vacant place off Marshalling Yard. xvi) Development of Off-dock CFS with elevated road connectivity to the Port and surface road connectivity to Ennore Expressway in the Tondiarpet Housing Colony. B) consultancy Services - xvii) Green Port Project xviii) Traffic Rationalization & Skywalk xix) Developing barge jetty either at any groin off EMRIP road or Eastern side of Thiruvotriyur Parking Yard. xx) Solid Waste Management including disposal of garbage.
