4	Supply and spreading locally available River Sand for covering and cushioning of UG Cable in trenches complete all as specified.
5	Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified.
6	Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified.
7	All as per item Serial No 06 but for 70 sqmm 3.5 core
8	All as per item Serial No 06 but for 50 sqmm 3.5 core
9	All as per item Serial No 06 but for 25 sqmm 4 core
10	All as per item Serial No 06 but for10 sqmm 2 core
11	Supply, laying, jointing and testing Tubes, \"light grade\" galvanised,with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid under road for passing cables complete of size 40mm all as specified and directed.
12	Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for supporting of CI/GI pipes, header etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13	Supply and fixing thermoplastic polycarbonate IP65 (in accordance with IEC 60529) panels having ASTA type test certificate according to IEC 60439-2 tested at CPRI, made of high quality Polycarbonate (PC - GFS) shock proof, rust free, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, self-extinguishing, having high impact against mechanical load, made of halogen and silicon free recyclable material conform to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC, UV resistant according to IEC 61439-1, having high grade internally embedded gasket made of Polyurethane (PUR). All left or right side enclosures should have pre-moulded knockouts for side cable entry or for future extension. The panel board manufacturer shall have CPRI certification for similar panels in accordance with IEC60439-2.For better safety enclosure should withstand glow wire test at 960 Deg C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11 UL subject 94, should be flame retardant and self-extinguishing in nature. Degree of protection against mechanical load IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with EN IEC 62262, Rated insulation voltage should be 690V AC as per IEC 60664.The feeder pillar panels shall be fully wired as per latest electrical standards ready to use at site of size 1050W X 1800H X 255D MM and shall be with Floor mounting frame and canopy suitable for outdoor use. With 200A rated copper bus bar at 1.6A per Sqmm current density for 3 phase and neutral in accordance with IEC 61439-2. including taking down the old existing panel and necessary earth work and testing complete Comprising of the following:-

34	Material & Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised MS earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate. Earth strip will be protected by using 40mm dia bore GI pipe light grade. The earthing includes PCC Pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metres etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009,connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.
35	Supply and Fix On load change over switch 63A, 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50 Hz with metal enclosure made out of 3.15 mm thick powder coated sheet metal enclosure of suitable size including fixing arrangement with lux and Cable gland etc, complete all as specified and directed.
36	Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
