| 1 | Repairs to 20 HP Centrifugal monobloc pumps of chiller line – 2 no’s & condenser line – 1 no.installed at main centralised AC plant of GMC&H, Jammu by way of dismantling the mono bloc pumps after disconnecting its electrical supply & holding the butterfly valves, shifting of same to the workshop. Detaching of motor assembly from the pump then complete rewinding of the motors with proper copper conductor,repairs to the shafts by depositing the material on the shafts by welding then turning & grinding on the lathe machine in order to make itto the required size. The job includes P/F of seals & bearing – 2 no’s eachin place of damaged ones , re-assembling of the pump & motors. Shifting of the same back to site , fitting into the slots , making of electrical connections. The jobincludes descalling, cleaning & servicing of Stainers of all the the pumps(8 no’s) of condenser/chiller line . Job also includes repair to the panel by way of P/F of HRC fuses , relays (as per sample) and replacement of burnt/damagedwiring. Testing of pump on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labourcharges, to and fro carriage , taxes etc. Complete Job. |
