19Supply and installation ofStretch NRC system consisting of FR Grade NRC fabric with high-performance Polypropylene core and acoustically-transparent face covering of choice colour, size 1.7mx75m, stretched by using combination of strut framework, SE15 Tracks, Anutone Strand Primer 15mm thk with requisite accessories.
20TheStrutframework system shall include GI Strutthickness, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm is fastened to the wall positioned vertically at every 600mm centres.Anutone Strand primer, square edge, magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3, weight 6kg which is fixed perpendicular to GI strut behind using suitable fasteners. SE15 tracks to be installed on acoustic panels, by first applying adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip. SynthPF 10x50mm is to be infilled in GI framework for better results. This completes the substrate to receive the Stretch NRC acoustical fabric.
21TheStretch NRC acoustical fabric of width 1.7m is stretched and tucked into the Tracks and secured to the locking jaws with purpose-specific tucking tools to obtain smooth, taut, wrinkle-free finish. Ensure the weft and weave of the fabric along with the surface are all oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade.Note: Minimum 100mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1600mm.
