PARABOLIC LED NAME BOARDSurvey, Design, Manufacture& supply of wall mounting type parabolic LED Signage for organization Name board. As per picture attached The LED signage shall be made of anodized extruded aluminum profile frame and PU Coated S.S end Caps suitable for semi Parabolic shape. The display sheet shall be 040 Milky white Translucent polycarbonate sheet of 3mm thickness. Text/Graphics in approved colour and design shall be computerized router cut/printed on 70 µm thick vinyl and firmly pasted on display sheet. The visibility of text & graphics shall not be less than 135º. Illumination of about 6-8 watt/sq. ft. shall be provided by LED Cree/Seol Semiconductor Samsung make. The LED s shall be mounted on extruded hollow squareHeat Sink with internal fins. Mean well make waterproof (IP67) of suitable capacity shall be used The heat sink assembly with LED Shall be firmly mounted on structural brackets with Nylon-6 Heat sink holders. The LED Signage shall have integral mounting arrangement with ACP Cladding on the back side. INSTALLATIONInstallation for the above signage shall be done by fabricated structure of suitable size of M.S. angles of 50 x 50 x 4. The structure shall be firmly grounded on the terrace. The M.S. Structure shall be coated with antirust paint.The fabrication & civil work required for strength and stability of LED Signage shall be done in Terrace. Board shall be as per indicative photo/pictureenclosed as Annexure-A. and as per terms and conditions
