Work includes shifting and loading of Oil tank with the help of hydra/crane at 220 KV Substation Pratapgarh, Safe transportation and unloading it at working site ear 40 MVA T/F-I with the help of Hydra. |
| 3 | Opening of jumpers of HV/LV bushing and reconnecting of the same after completion of work. |
| 4 | Dismantling of 40 MVA LV Bushing, Neutral bushing and Inspection cover for replacement of gasket with all safety and erection of above bushing & inspection cover after replacement of Gasket tightening of all Nuts & Bolts with all safety to ensure leakage proof operation. |
| 5 | Drain out of T/F oil (opprox 6 KL) from existing 40 MVA T/F into empty oil tank including opening of valve and filling in oil tank and topping up oil into main tank after centrifuging. |
| 6 | Replacement of old and damaged gasket from different parts of Transformers. The scope of work includes removal of Gaskets, Cleaning of Surface, Fabrication of gasket of appropriate size of Konica/Telbroze/NE cork make and fixing of Gaskets at proper place with adhesive to ensure leakage proof operation along with other associated works as per details given below : |
| 7 | Supply & Replacement of old damaged gasket of LV bushing gasket and LV Neutral Bushing gasket with new gasket make as given above with all safety to ensure leakage proof operation. All consumable and T&Ps will be arranged by contractor. |
| 8 | Supply & Replacement of old damaged inspection cover gasket with new gasket make as given above with all safety to ensure leakage proof operation. All consumable and T&Ps will be arranged by contractor. |
| 9 | Centrifuging of T/F oil in Oil storage tanks, un-interrupted till the desired BDV & PPM Value of Oil is achieved then Filling and topping up of the centrifuged T/F oil in the T/F as per standard procure to maintain required oil level in the transformer. Centrifuging & Circulation of T/F Oil in Transformer, un-interrupted till the desired BDV & PPM value of oil are achieved including Periodic Recording of all the parameter such as Temperature, BDV, PPM etc. Centrifuging machine, operator and all associated T&Ps shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
