The work primarily includes construction of 3 No. Bus Shelters, Auto Stand area, Car Paring area, Railing and Queue Management for Nisgat Bagh Ticket Counters, Seating places, Existing Fountain Repairs, Plantation, Street lighting, Bollard lights, and all other works as per approved drawings.
2Development works for shopping plaza of 750 Sqm area including site assessment, survey, preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approval,procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of all Civil Works, all Electrical Works, all finishing works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of the Works as per approved Drawings, Scope of work,Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect. The work primarily includes Paver Block Flooring, development of seating areas, informative signage, Green space development and all other works as per approved drawings.
3Repair ofExisting Deck of about 200 Sqm area including Site assessment and submission for approval to the client, preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approval,procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of all Civil Works, illumination Work, all finishing works and all other necessary works required for successful completionas per approved Drawings, Scope of work,Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect. The work primarily includes repairs of flooring and railing by way of wood work and all other works as per approved drawings.
4Development works for Green Plaza of about 2200 Sqm area including site assessment, survey, preparation of all designs & drawings and obtaining approval,procurement of all kinds of materials and works, Construction of all Civil Works, all Electrical Works, all finishing works and all other necessary works required for successful completion of the Works as per approved Drawings, Scope of work,Specifications, and terms & conditions as mentioned in the bid document and to the satisfaction of Authority, complete in all respect. The work primarily includes Paver Block Flooring, development of seating areas with Canopies (3 No., each of 45 Sqm area),Trillies for greenery (4 No. each of 100 Sqm area),development of Vendor areas (4 Nos. each of 24 Sqm area), Green space development, Bollards, Ornamental lighting, plantation and all other works as per approved drawings.
