The bottom support shall be welded of M.S. plate of Ø 250 mm & 10mm thickness. The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe The paddle frame of 50NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipesupported with 70X8mm bend M.S. flat and can be replaceable. The foundation to be used for fixing should be a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80NB “c” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. The bearings shall be used are of “6205zz” & “6203zz” permanent lubricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG). High tensile steel with galvanized nuts & bolts shall be used for assembly. 5SEATING & STANDING TWISTER Providing and fixing of Seating & Standing Twister of size 1700mm (Length) x 540mm (Width) x 1250mm. (Height) fabricated with a Center Pipe of 100mm NB shall be made from “C” Class G.I. Round Pipe. The M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thickness shall be welded at bottom. Handle and Bottom sleeve pipe of 125mm OD with thickness 5mmshould be provided for easy assembly, replacement and maintenance. The bottom frame of the Seating & Standing twister of 32 NB, 50 NB, and 25 NBshall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe. The handle frame of Seating & Standing twister of 25 NB & Foot resting frame of seating side shall be made from “C” class G.I. pipe of 25mm NB. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80 NB “C” class, Welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRCA square pipes of 3mm thickness. The Twister plate to be fitted on the bottom frame shall be made up of M.S. Round Plate of size 300mm diameter and 10mm thickness. Closing Caps shall be made up of high quality Fiber reinforced Plastic material. The Pins to be used which shall be made up of Ø 35 mm SAE 8620 bright material. The main structure frame shall be made from G.I. pipe minimum of 80Nb"C" class welded with M.S. round base plate atleast 250mm &10mm thick.The seats and Back rests to be fitted on the outer frames shall be made up of minimum of M.S.sheet of size 330mmx300mmx2mm thickness. Closing caps shall be made up of high quality fiber reinforced plastic material.High tensile steel with galvanized nuts and bolts shall be used for assembly.
