Eddy Current Testing of condenser tubes to check the health of the tubes for DBmake 235 TR capacity screw Chiller, Model No.CS-HXWC1240-5SR by eddy current testing of tubes using eddy current system by differential, absolute and multi frequency method for determination of tube wall thickness and detection of flaws in the chiller tubes etc. as reqd.. The tubes get thinned due to factors like De-scaling, brushing, circulation of chemical erosion & metal particle etc. to avoid major break down due to leakage of condenser tube at the time of operation. The Inspection shall be performed in accordance with written Work Instructions or Technical sheets of M/s Dunhan Bush (attached) etc complete as required.
