4	The contractor scope includes Providing and laying 50mm thick premix carpet in two layers, first layer 30MM thick and second layer 20MM thick all around on slopes and sides of the tank pad under the anticorrosive layer with graded stone chips of 12MM and down size and 80/100 grade bitumen in the proportion of 64KG Bitumen per Cu.M of stone aggregate including providing tack coats of Bitumen at the rate of 1 KG/Sq.M. Heating, mixing, brushing, laying in proper slope, compacting, spreading sand over the finished surface at the rate of 0.5 Cu.M/100Sq.M etc., complete. The Contractor shall bring the materials required for the foundation repair work.The job to be carried out as per Inspection Report / recommendation.
5	The contractor scope includes Providing and laying 50MM compacted thickness, anticorrosive layer under steel storage tanks and over the 50 MM premix carpet layer / sand pad with screened dry river sand mixed with Bitumen 8 to 10% by volume including mixing in drums heating to required temperature. Dressing to the required slope, complete with tools, tackles, mixing plants etc.The job to be carried out as per Inspection Report / recommendation.

This item (patch welding) is appilicable for patch welding in all locations and all elevation of the tank - shell / roof / bottom plate etc.,
15	Supply of plate of IS 2062 E250 Gr. B0 of thickness upto 8mm for patch welding
16	Gouging of existing plates at all elevation as per scope of work. The rate is applicable at all locations i.e. shell, roof etc. as directed by EIC and Inspection.

20	Providing construction & as-built drawing, preparing fabrication drawing, supply of 10mm IS2062 E250 Gr.B0 plate, marking, cutting, fabrication including underside (soil side) painting of bottom plates (as per Scope of Work), shell window opening and closing after completion of bottom plate replacement jobs, erection of bottom plates, welding andradiography & all NDT testing as per the direction of EIC/Inspection using contractor"s own tool, tackles, instruments, equipments, trailers & whichever required to complete the job in all respects. For payment, theoritical weight given in the fabrication drawing will be considered. Contractor has to take the wastage scraps out of refinery premises on its own after submitting proper reconciliation statement to EIC and approved by EIC.
21	Annular plate replacement as per scope of work (Using 14MM Plate)

Contractor has to take the wastage scraps out of refinery premises on its own after submitting proper reconciliation statement to EIC and approved by EIC.
30	Note for wind girder replacement: The above rates are for plates replacement. This rate is applicable to drip ring, roof leg bottom plates or any area"s plate replacement (6mm to 25mm thickness) as per Inspection wherever area is not mentioned or rate is not available. Rate for structural items" replacement shall be as per "Steel Structural (all type & size available in the tank & dyke inside) Partial Replacement- Supply & Works" SOR.

32	Roof plate cutting, dismantling, shifting out of dyke, weighing and transporting to scrap yard / designated place as directed by EIC.
33	Providing construction & as-built drawings, supply of roof plate (6 mm IS 2062 E250 Gr.B0), marking, cutting, fabrication/ modification, erection, welding and satisfying all inspection requirments including radiography & all NDT testing as directed by EIC /Inspection using contractor"s own tool, tackles, instruments, equipments, trailers & whichever required to complete the roof plate replacement (6mm thick) job in all respects. For payment, theoritical weight given in the fabrication drawing will be considered. 34	Partial Replacement of Pontoon boxes
35	As per inspection report, corroded or damaged Pontoon box cutting, dismantling, shifting out of dyke, weighing and transporting to scrap yard / designated place as directed by EIC.
36	Providing construction & as-built drawings, supply of plate for Pontoon boxes (6mm to 16mm IS 2062 E250 Gr.B0), marking, cutting, fabrication/ modification, erection, welding and satisfying all inspection requirments including radiography & all NDT testing as directed by EIC /Inspection using contractor"s own tool, tackles, instruments, equipments, trailers & whichever required to complete the Pontoon box partial replacement job in all respects as indicated by Inspection. Plate thickness 6mm to 16mm. Contractor has to take the wastage scraps out of refinery premises on its own after submitting proper reconciliation statement to EIC and approved by EIC.
37	Note for Pontoon box replacement: The above mentioned rates are for plate replacement. Any replacement of structural items connected to Pontoon box, rate shall be considered as per "Steel Structural (all type & size available in the tank & dyke inside) Partial Replacement- Supply & Works" SOR.
38	Repair works on Roof Appurtenances
39	Roof rolling ladder complete servicing including supply and replacement of required brass flats, rollers, wheels, pins and brazing of rolling ladder wheel, pipe, ladder stariway GI rungs etc. and the torn off rolling ladder top rungs and the connecting flats shall be replaced with suitable modification as per Inspection. Apart from the above, if any structural material replacement is required, rate for the same will be as per Structural - Supply & Works SOR. Note: Old Roof Rolling Ladder to be modified and reused.
40	Weld repair of pontoon compmartment plates as per Inspection recommendation.
41	Replacement of Roof Sleeves (includes replcement of reinforcement pads) as per Inspection. Contractor will keep all roof leg & sleeve connected flanges & other items safely and reuse.

The grades of all structural items should be as per Inspection report and approved by CBR Inspection. Providing contruction & as-built drawing, marking, cutting, fabrication, erection, welding including shell & roof curb angle bending, staircase, rolling ladder,handrails, pipe supports, Primary and secondary wind girders, supports, gratings, etc - all sizes & type of structural works at all locations of tank and dyke inside as required by Inspection / directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Only damaged/corroded/rusted structural items / as reported by Inspection are to be replaced.This including all NDT testing as directed by EIC /Inspection using contractor"s own tool, tackles, instruments, equipments, trailers & whichever required to complete the job in all respects. Structural items in good condition are to be salvaged and reused.
53	Earthing point repairs as per scope of work
