To & Fro Travelling charges:To & fro local travel charges at base station to reach Air port /railway station & back to be paid as per actual.To & Fro travelling expenses by economic class air ticket / secondAC train travel from base station to Bhubaneswar & back per visit perperson to be paid as per actual on submission of the necessarydocumentary evidence, viz air ticket, copy of boarding pass, trainticket etc.To & fro travel charges from Bubhaneswar airport to PDR and backto be paid as per actuals.The above charges to be paid as per actuals against submission ofdoucmentary evidence limited to the rate mentioned in SOR.1 EA = TO & FRO Travelling expenses per visit per person.02.00 EA * Rs. 20,636.00 = Rs. 41,272.00
