| 1 | Renovation/Strengthening of FST (Final Settling Tank) No. 04 with allied works at 37 MGD STP Okhla by carrying out following works including all the required works, materials, arrangements tools & tackles workmanship, safety arrangements & equipments as per NHRC guidelines etc. and as per site requirement, re-modelling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect satisfactorily. Isolating the Final Settling Tank (FST) from inflowing and out flowing channel by closing sluice gate and providing gunny bags to ensure no flow in the FST. Dewatering the stagnant water from the FST with the help of submersible pumps and lifting the settled heavy sludge from the bottom of FST to drying beds with the help of tractor/trolley and labours with proper safety. Cleaning the site manually for execution the work. |
| 2 | Making temporary platform around the central post of FST for safe working of staff on central cage as per requirement. |
| 3 | Dismantling/Cutting of all worn out structure i/c scrapper, scrapper arms, chequered sheet, damaged central drum, angle iron structure and nut-bolts/rivets with the help of gas cutter, manpower and lowering lifting, tools & tackles as per requirement. |
| 4 | Dismantling the motor and primary gear box, central gear box and other mechanical fixtures from the top of central mechanism with the help of gas cutter/tools & tackles and shifting the same to workable place. |
| 5 | Renovation of primary small/central gear box by providing set of sprocket wheel & pinion, fabricated as per sample in terms of shape, size & MOC. |

| 7 | Renovation/strengthening of damaged structures/scrapper arms by replacement ofM.S. Angle size 50x50x6mm, 65x65x8mm, 75x75x8mm etc. M.S. sheet (8mm) for joints as per sample in terms of shape, size & MOC. |
| 8 | Proving/Fixing the bottom scrappers made out from 6mm thick MS sheet as per sample in terms of shape, size and metallurgy. |

| 12 | Dismantling of existing worn out PVC sheet/ISO resin V-notch from the FST with the help of gas cutter and tool and tackles with proper safety. |
| 13 | Providing/Fixing the V-notch (as per sample /size) made out from I.S.O. resin 5/6mm thick with nut and bolts and clamps on RCC wall of FST as required. |
| 14 | Providing/fixing 300mm (or suitable size) Non-Rising Sluice Valve confirming IS:14846 PN 1.6, Body, Dome, Wedge – CI IS: 210, Gr. FG260, SS spindle, Spindle Nut of Bronze IS:318, Flanges drilled as per IS:1538 complete with Gland Packing, fasteners etc. Make: Kirloskar/IVC/VAG and any other DJB approved make. |
