| 3 | Providing civil/architectural consultancy services at IndianOil Bhawan*, Noida covering the following areas: (a) Remodelling of facade so as to change the existing view of Dhaulpur stone with new materials/design of cladding. The works may or may not include dismantling of existing Dhaulpur stone, however remodelling work without dismantling of existing stone facade shall be preferred. (b) Lighting/illumination design of the façade (c) Remodelling of exterior boundary wall facing road side near IN gate and OUT gate (Approx. length of boundary wall is 165m). (d) Development of additional car parking space inside the premises. (Designing surface parking space or mechanized multilevel car parking system, if feasible) *IndianOil Bhawan is G+10 multi-storied office building with basement having approx. building dimension as 52.50m (L) x 37m (W) x 43m (Height of parapet top from GL) The consultancy works shall consist of following: Consultancy jobs during designing phase i. Comprehensive study of building exterior façade, feasibility of various options for building façade renovaition/development, existing parking system & traffic circulation with in office premises, feasibility of various parking options(including mechanized parking), etc. ii. Preparation, submission and presentation of conceptual designs with 3D views & layout plans with tentative costing. Submission of at least 3 design options for the work.Preparation of perspective view (3d rendering) and making presentation for different options to IOCL management at Indian Oil Bhawan Noida iii. Making necessary corrections/modifications in presentation drawings, layouts, planning, etc. as per the comments/instructions of IOCL iv. Developingand submission of finalized conceptual design in consultation with EIC with detailed drawings, layout plans, 3D views, walk-through model and making presentation for approval of owner. v. Submission of Structural designing & drawings, wherever required, vetted by structural engineer with design calculations vi. Preparation and submission of tender inputs - tender drawings, bill of quantities, detailed cost estimate with rate analysis & technical specifications; vii. Preparation and submission of detailed & Good-for-construction (GFC) drawings for execution of works viii. Site visits required for any discussion, clarification, preparation, presentation etc. with EIC during preparation of activities listed (i) through (vii) above ix. Please note that any cost for site visits undertaken in consultancy works during designing phase defined under this item shall be included in the rate quoted against this item and same shall not be paid separately |
