Fixed Charges Per Month/ Guards in INR for Medical Insurance and Accidenta Insurance.Cost as per Tender Document. Medical Insurance of 1 lakh Rs in case ESI is not applicable.Maximum 10 Lakh Accidental Insurance covering Permanent Disablement and/or any form of Death.
