Note: Theme work will be executed on Hardcore platform of Wooden/Plastic/Plywood/any other etc. -MAINTENANCE WORKS: -24 a) Ground/Site Maintenance and preservation till Completion of Event with 10 Nos Plastic Dustbin (Big Size) 36” b) Housekeeping Charges at site and surrounding c) Decoration and Beautification of site and Surrounding area with 40 Nos Green Plant (Good Quality) (Medium Size) d) Fire Equipment Service with 20 Nos Fire Extinguisher (Medium Size) for textiles good with One Trained Fire Man (10:00 AM to 08:30 PM Daily) & Fire Permission Charges. e) 06 Nos CCTV cameras with DVR recording and Public Announcement System (with music system) – CD Player with 08 Speaker Boxes to be placed at various places inside and outside the Venue. f) Provide Trained Security Guards on pan India basis. During the Each exhibition/event, there shall be in need of trained Security Guards for 14 days round the day (for 8Hrs per Security guard per day) -TA / DA to participants:-25 TA / DA + freight charges to Participants
