52Filling the gaps between wall and refrigerant piping with white cement to prevent rodents entry and finishing smoothly to match with sorroundings.

60Pumping down the AC, taking carefully the indoor and outdoor units along with voltage stablizer of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR by disconnecting all electrical connections, suction and discharge lines from its installed position and shifting to another location where directed and installingthe indoor and outdoorunits alongwith stablizer at specified location and connecting all the electrical, suction and discharge lines, topping up the gas as required and testing on completion for proper function ing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
61Taking down unserviceable suction and discharge pipe from 1.5/2.0 Ton split AC and supply and fix new copper tubes of suitable size for suction and discharge lines for split type air conditioners including necessary brazing, wrapping up puff insulation, testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- One run each of suction and discharge pipes shall be measured as one unit length.
62Taking down the evaporative type desert coolers of metallic body of capacity upto 5000 Cum/hr by disconnecting all the electrical connections, cleaningall the components by removing the side panels and painting the coolers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint out side and rust proof paint inside by spray painting and fixing back the removed panel and reconnecting with electrical connections and painting the MES No. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
63Taking down the unserviceable / defective water pump by disconnecting all the electrical and water connections and supply and fix new submersible water pump suitable for evaporative type desert coolers of capacity upto 5000 cum/hr and reconnecting the same with electrical and water connections complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge.
64Taking down unserviceable front / side grill of any description and supply and fix new front grill iron to match with the existing evaporative type desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in -Charge.
65Taking out the damaged khus khus pads and supply and fix new khus khus pads (set of 3 Nos) for the evaporative desert coolers of capacity upto 5000cum/hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- Charge.
66Taking out the unserviceable PVC hose pipe and supply and fix complete set of new PVC hose pipe along with necessary fittingsand PVC distibutor suitable for existing model of evaporative type desert cooler upto the capacity of 5000 cum/hr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
67Taking down unserviceable piano switch,supply and fix new piano type switch suitable for existing model of desert cooler of capacity upto 5000 Cum/Hr complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.
68Taking down unserviceable fan blades and supply and fix new fan blades suitable for existing model of desert cooler of capacity upto 5000 Cum/Hr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

74Taking out unserviceable plug top of any description and supply and fix new plug top 3 pin 15 Amps single phase 230 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Make: Legrand/Anchor/Cona/Havells.
75Taking out unserviceable ball valve assembly and supply and fix new PVC ball valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of size 15 mm dia bore suitable for water coolers / desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:Prayag/Zoloto//Leader or equivalant with ISI marking.
76Disconnect and remove unserviceable PVC connection, supply and fixnew PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in Charge.
77Taking out unserviceable push button tap and supply and fix new chromium plated push button tap of size 15mm dia suitable for water cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engieer- in - Charge. Make: Zoloto/Leader/HM/Shakti/Prayag.

81Taking down the corroded body of water cooler of any capacity, tinkering the corroded sheet metal parts, bottom base, angle iron frame, fan motor base plate, side covers, legs, door etc. with appropriate gauge MS sheet, angles by welding and brazing, renewal of nuts and bolts sheets metal screws, re-assembling, preparing the surface and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including renewal of door gasket where ever required and transportation.
82Taking down the window type AC unit "or" out door unit of 1 ton,1.5 ton and 2 ton capacity and scraping out cleaning and preparing the surface of shell cover and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and reassembling the unit including replacing all corroded sheet metal screws and fixing back to the position and sealing air gaps around the outer cover with foam/thermocoal and testing.
83All as per Sr item No.51 here-in-before but for water cooler of any capacity.
84Taking down unserviceable single pole contactor and M& L for single pole contactor for out door unit of Air conditioner of capacity up to 2.0 TR

86Taking down the dilapidated PVC drain out water pipe from indoor unit of air conditioner and supply and fix new drain out pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
