(ii) Appling bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.3 Kg per Sqm over plaster. (iii) Laying 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane and bonded to the sub-strata by heat process, over laps shall be sealed/ fused by flame torch as per manufacturer\"s instructions. (iv) Appling bituminous based aluminum paint @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm in two coats over APP modified polymeric membrane complete all as specified & as directed.Note:- (i) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicators. (ii) The work shall be strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.(iii) Rate shall be deem to be include cost ofliquid water proofing compound under this item.(iv) Rate shall be deem to include cost of taking down and refixing of existing PVC tank, GI tubing & fittings/fixtures etc. |
