2Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish within the project site & disposal of the same outside site premises and at unobjectionable place.Note: a. Dismantling & disposing of existingRCC poles/pillars etc up to ground level is inlcuded in the rate.b. Dismantled items shall be the property of Contractor. Rates to be quoted accordingly.
3Uprooting and Transplantion oftrees (within the plot) by pruning it suitably as directed including the excavation of trench around the root ball of the tree, backfilling the pit after uprooting the tree with available earth, cleaning of the site where the trees are to be transplanted, excavation of receiving pit, filling it with good quality soil & Farm Yard Manure alongwith saturating it with water. The uprooting of the roots of trees (without damaging them), wrapping of the whole trunk of tree with hessian cloth to avoid damage to the bark while lifting /transplanting & shifting of the trees to the site of transplantation (plot boundry). (Cost includes cutting, transportation, shifting, labour and necessary equipments, safety net / rope etc.)The item also includes:- Taking videograph & photographs of the specified trees before & after transplantation showing its number and other details including the entire operation such as removal of tree, root treatment, lifting by crane,transplantation at specified locations, excavation of pits, filling with soil, manure, watering.The videography of each tree to be recorded & submitted through CDs.- Providing proper support after transplantation and taking care of the transplanted trees with watering ( water to be supplied by vendor) etc for their proper growth and submitting report to the Tree officer about the condition of trees after Six months of transplantation as per guidelines.- Supply of good quality soil and farm yard manure including watering (water to be supplied by vendor) free from grass roots, weeds, stones, pebbles etc, at the site as per direction of Tree Officials.- Pruning of the tree branches, disposing and clearing of site etc. all as required. The entire work is to be carried out in coordination/approval with Architect / concerned Tree Officials/APPCB statuatory Authority. -The scope of the work also include drip irrigation with green grass development of 1 m width on both sides of the planted tree.

13Earthwork: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains or land development including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms, lift, including removal of the excavated soil, providing shoring, strutting, dewatering as required & disposalofsurplusexcavatedsoilas directed within or outside the site at an unobjectionable place.Note: a. Payment shall be restricted to PCC lines only for building works.b. Tenderers to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by the Contractor &/or representatives with IOC Site Engineer for calculation of earth volume using Simpson\"s Rule in case of land development/ cutting works.c. Tenderers to note that the scope of works inlcude provision of permanent & temporary bench marks (RCC pedestal of size 300 mm x 300 mm approx with necessary base plate) for land development/ cutting works as per the instructions of the Site-in-charge.

Item includes compaction using Vibratory Roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity for earth work in under optimum moisture conditions to give at least 95% of the maximum dry density (Proctor Density).Note:a. Tenderer to note that initial & final level survey shall be undertaken jointly by the Contractor &/or representatives with IOC Site Engineer.b. Tenderers to note that the scope of works inlcude provision of permanent & temporary bench marks (RCC pedestal of size 300 mm x 300 mm approx with necessary base plate) as per the instructions of the Site Incharge.c. Tenderers to note that approval from IOC shall be obtained for the imported earth & quarry used for mass filling & necessary test reports from a Govt Engg Colleges/Universities have to be submiited for the parameters specified by IOC prior to undertaking filling in the site.d. Item rate is inclusive of applicable Royalty for the imported earth/ Specific approval to be obtained from concerned Statutory Authorities. Necessary Royalty receipts/ NOC to be submitted by the Contractor.f. 26Plain & Reinforced Concrete Works (PCC/RCC): Providing and laying in position, machine batched, machine mixed design mix of specific grade of cement concrete for plain /reinforced cement concrete work, using cement as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying (if required) but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Item includes Admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete,improve workabilitywithout impairing strength and durability as per direction of Site Engineer. (Minimum Cement content shall be as specified for individual grade of Concrete. Less cement used as per design mix (if any) will be recoverable separately. No extra payment against extra cement if used shall be payable. Note:a. For production of Concrete , Batching Plant will be supplied by B&R. B&R will provide Transit Mixer, Concrete Pump & Hydra for transportation fresh concrete to pouring point. All Manpower for running Mechineries (except Batching Plant) and its Maintanance in Contractor\"s scope. Fuel for running mechineries will be in Contracor\"s scope.b. Contractor shall be permitted to convert design mix of concrete to be arrived at based on laboratory testing into suitable volumetric mix in to order to achieve required design strength.c. All materials like Aggregate, cement, admixure, Water etc. and its testing as per Engineer-in-charge will be in Contracor\"s scope.Handling of material in Batching Plant in Contractor\"s scope.
27d. Hacking of exposed surface of green concrete (wherever applicable) as Key to plaster shall be done at no extra cost to IOC. Item rate is inclusive of necessary surface finishes like broom/ rough finish as per the scope of works & directions of Site- Incharge.e. Curing of concrete inlcuding supplying & providing water & Compaction shall be part of the rates.f. Item to be operated for all types of floors, footings, beams, columns, copings, pipe/ drain culverts, Cable tunnel or other concrete structures as required at site at all levels. Payment shall be made as per drawing dimensions.g. Item rate is inclusive of Submitting Design Mix reports & test reports from Govt Engg Colleges/Universities as per the directions of the Site Engineer.

The job includes supplying & laying a layer of 50mm thick clean course sand on thoroughly compacted sub-base below the paver blocks, cutting the paver blocks wherever required with hydraulic splitter, filling in the joints at the edges of paver blocks with sand,compacting with machine vibrator to required line and level, etc. complete.(Payment for provision of edge restraints shall be made separately);- Grey or Coloured 100mm thick paver blocks.

51Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to .075 mm) (in layers of not more than 150 mm ) wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications of Engineer-in- charge.
52Providing and making expansion joint 25 mm wide including supplying & providing 25 mm thick bitumen impregnated fiber board (Shalitex of M/s.Shalimar or approved equivalent). The top 15mm of the joint shall be cleaned and filled with putty sealing compound (M/s.Fosroc - NITOFLOR FC 140 / Pidilite or equivalent) including cleaning, providing 32 mm dia Dowel bar with 40 mm Dia, 150 long G.I. pipe (Heavy Duty) with cap & filled with cotton waste etc complete as per drawings and as per directions of the site engineer.
